Close and restart the WTOP app on iPhone
Update WTOP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WTOP iPhone app

Fix WTOP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WTOP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WTOP app issues:

Force Stop the WTOP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WTOP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WTOP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WTOP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WTOP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WTOP.

Fix WTOP unable to contact server/ WTOP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WTOP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WTOP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WTOP on android.
