I don’t know why the cell phone prompts me to use either mobile call or this app when accessing my contacts list. I did not share my list with this app(they have respected that choice), but some how my cell still ask if I would like to use this app to call out from their end, and it will then, push the call through to Onoff .: this is not very secure because anyone using my phone can access the this app app using my contacts list by placing a call through the cell phone contact list.
I can also leave my house from my back bathroom window: it works, but it is not practical. Nor is the advice you gave my regarding the issues at hand. Have a good day.

I want my money back, you should please take your number back, because I don’t get people text, it just a big waste for me. This is a big mess, my text are delivering to my friend but I can’t get their text. That a big rubbish and wasting of money... anyone who is about to use Onoff, just don’t waste your money, if your friends don’t have Onoff , and text you from Onoff , no way they can get your messages unless they call you that all. For anyone who is in the United state and buying purchasing +1 number. I so hate why I just wasted money for 3 month. If possible please refund my money back, I don’t need your number anymore, as I can’t get people text only their call and my text is going through.

I tried to use the number to register for online banking. The bank said that the number was still connected to an another person.

Same result with other providers.

I contacted the this app assistance less then 1 hour from the purchase open to keep paying for the service, just asking a new number.

They replied to a different question.

I asked again. This time they replied my question ... over 4 hours after the purchase. Just in time to make impossible for me to ask for a refund.

According to this app customer service, I should have contacted all banks and providers proving that the number was now mine.

Result: subscription deleted. They lost a customer who was considering to get also their business service for all my employees.

Using an app with such customer care is simply too risky.

I wish I could give Onoff 0 stars...I bought 2 numbers...text messaging doesn’t work fully. I can send text but can not receive text. I reached out to this app through every channel possible and did not get a response. I was trying to give them time to fix the problem before I gave a bad review...but here I am. I will be getting my money back for sure. DON’T DOWNLOAD Onoff!

I was logged out of Onoff when I updated to iOS 15, and when I attempted to log back in, Onoff required my passport number or ID card. That seems very risky information to be required to provide I have never been asked to supply that information to any other second number app. I will be deleting immediately.

This allows me to avoid having my personal number distributed. It comes in handy for so many things.

Nice feature and good price. Excellent for sifting through phone numbers from tenants and other clients.

I can send and receive text messages perfectly, but calls can be charged from my mean credit not from Onoff credit. for the media side, I can’t see any pictures that will be send to me, but people rather see pictures that I send them.
Can I get any help for that.

I buy a number for a year , impossible to call .
I can text and receive text back on this number but always have to call with my french number because the server don’t work ....

I really don’t know why attached files sent on message with Onoff don’t use to appear as photo but appear as link which made some of my friends to be scared of the file to avoid virus.

Please you people should do something about it.

I get notification of text sent to me but I don’t see the contents when I open Onoff ! To see them I need to re-install Onoff all the time.
I can unblock number but next time I check they are still blocked again

Don’t suscribe if you plan to keep your number when you move away. The phone number to get the number ported out does not work, the email support is arrogant and stopped answering my email after the 3rd one
Additionally prices tripled with no notice...

i bought a number and requested a refund 25 minutes after, my money has not been loaded on my apple store yet and my acount has been blocked. I need my money to be refunded

They started to ask for more information every time you want to use a new number

I have had my account almost one year now when they supported only 2 countries then..... my job has lots of travel and clients that want to only call a local number which saves me lots of money when I use this app ......since my original sign up with this app they have expanded greatly in the last year and services were good then, great now and getting better all the time i log in the service..... i tried about 5 other virtual phone companies and this app had the best quality in my opinion... I live in Thailand and travel all over Asia and Europe.... this sounds like a AD but this is my honest review... maybe I will get a gift :) Bye for now

The IPad App should use a landscape mode. It’s more natural for the IPad, when using a keyboard.

Use Onoff on my work cell. Works well all time no matter where I’m at or I’m doing while allowing a professional feel.

I am able to use it for business purposes and I am now beginning to use it for various online registrations.

Can you guys add new french numbers that do not start 756??? Because most of them do not work in gmail 😕

I bought one number and it charged me three times and received nothing!
