For some reason I can’t get the app to download to my Apple Watch. I had it downloaded on there like 2 years ago but not anymore.

Have recently got a new phone and ever since the app on my Apple Watch is saying my trial subscription has expired but in my phone it shows I have a paid subscription since 2017 I am therefore unable to use it Please advise
