- The settings and options are a little too nested in some cases.

- The app icon and UI design feel dull and outdated.

- The app could use more of an iOS feel.

- The app does not have a way to filter or sort by alias.

- Some features in settings require desktop.

- There are no iOS 13 home screen widgets available.

- It takes too many clicks to copy the address an email was sent to to the clipboard.

Yes, I too have the white screen of death. Ican't go to settings because there is NOTHING on the screen. I am not that computer literate so I would really like my screen back as I depend on it and I don't want to loose my emails they are very important to my work! Thank You, Samantha E. Black

Happens to me too on one of two iPhone Xs. White screen. I can’t make it work. I’ve reinstalled the app, hard reset the iPhone and everything in between… running iOS 16.4.1

Fastmail has been hanging up on me recently. If I go to another app after checking my Fastmail then come back to check my mail again I just see a white blank screen. The only way to recover is to delete the app and then download the app from the iCloud. I am on an iPhone 12 using iOS 16.4.

How to fix Fastmail app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fastmail app on iPhone
Update Fastmail app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fastmail iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fastmail on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fastmail network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fastmail Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fastmail not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fastmail App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fastmail » click [Force Stop]

Update Fastmail to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fastmail App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fastmail » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fastmail.

Fix Fastmail unable to contact server/ Fastmail internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fastmail » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fastmail » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fastmail
