Taking forever to upload the update

I would prefer to be able to use the web page version but cannot find a link on it to log in. Why not link the web version to NorthwestCommunity ? I use an iPad most of the time as I am usually on the road. The system you are using makes it difficult to access my account.

Needs more login attempts

It should give you more than one login attempt. NorthwestCommunity itself needs a preview option for the password.

Decent

App is well layed out some things can be a bit challenging to navigate however I personally can see money in my account but can never get it to load on WiFi or data I can’t do anything within NorthwestCommunity other than view how much I have

Bad biometrics

NorthwestCommunity works fine except for the biometrics sign in. I would like to be able to use my Face ID to sign in but it doesn’t work. Otherwise, NorthwestCommunity functions as expected.

Great app but...

I love the ease of use for NorthwestCommunity with all the things I’m able to do without going to the bank but, I would love it if FaceID was an option for signing in!!
