Very upsetting. Since I got Luno , I’ve had nothing but trouble. It does not sync with the Authenticator app. And when it finally does I finally get password the I want. And now it’s asking me to log in. And I now it’s saying error. This has been going on for over a week. I’ve given multiple chances. Luno is not working at all. Can’t log in to either account.
Couldn’t be more upset. One thing I don’t like is my money being played with. And if Luno does all this and I haven’t even deposited my btc yet?? Imagine the double if have to go they to get my money out. If it won’t even let me log in right.

Luno is the most frustrating app I have ever used. I received bitcoin into my wallet address and surprisingly I could not send out bitcoin,after several attempts to send or withdraw in my local currency because they keep telling me “unable to withdraw as it exceed your withdrawal limit”. So I thought to verify my account in other to increase my withdrawal limit so as to withdraw my locked funds. I uploaded my National ID card still did not get verified,I even uploaded severally my original international passport,I still got the “unable to verify your identity “ I really don’t know what they want and I have over a thousand dollars in that wallet,I can’t send out bitcoin,ethereum or even withdraw in my local currency. If you want a video call so as to verify my identity I am in. This is really frustrating,I will forever regret using Luno.

The way you guys are handling your customers is uncalled for, why would you only give option to increase limit when one already has fund in the wallet? That alone makes you seems you are a scam, the option to increase limit suppose to be available even at the initial level of account opening. Now I have fund inside and I have submitted the necessary document for verification and you keep rejecting my documents. If you keep rejecting my document, I’m going to delete Luno and convince others to do so too.

this app are scam don’t invest your money with them. The price of there crypto does not match with all other wallet they are fake and they also fluctuate the price of their crypto currency’s, I was scammed by them just now I have a coin worth 64,000naira just now and all of a suddenly it dip to 42,000naira with just a time interval of 30 minute, my crypto assets all dip 35% in their wallet but the dip was not showing in coin market cap and other crypto currency’s wallet. I swear to God Almighty I’m no lying don’t waste you money investing with them if you are from Africa particularly Nigeria you can try other wallet like bundle, Roqqu, binance the have p2p and they are also reliable too

This is the most useless app i have ever seen.. Now if you don’t know how to use computers or program softwares, Get off the market.

I have tried to sell or send out my BTC and it only says “the amount is lower than the minimum”. I have added money to my account through Flutterwave and i have also tried to send as BTC and still the same problem.. I tried sending to my account still the same problem. This isn’t right, you’re holding people’s money and stopping us from getting to our activities required with cryptocurrency or money withdrawal. This is definitely the worst of all.

The price of ether is listed in rands, but you can’t trade in rands and see what price you are going to pay. It’s an utter black box. You can’t see an order book. You can’t toggle between candlesticks of different timeframes. You can’t see their ether price since it listed on the exchange. You can’t scroll a cursor over the price curve to see the price at different points in time. Luno has been around for how long and the still don’t have the most basic features?

I think somebody should come along and put them out of business. They will have a short lived monopoly in SA if they don’t sort their product out.

I’ve been using Luno since 2016 and to my surprise my account was locked due to limit exceeded and asked me to verify my identity due to the KYC policy. I’ve done that I’ve sent in all required documents and the Support system has not even for once replied me I don’t think that’s a way to treat customers you guys made me have a bad impression about Bitcoin Wallet No one to Reachout to No Customer Care Line to Call My Money is Just in there and that’s all the money I have I can’t even get to feed myself my business reputation is lost due to Not been able to pay my customers please and please if you think I can’t use this app then let me withdraw my Coins and leave your Platform This is so Frustrating Not Good At All I’ve been to all your social Media and No responses yet 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

Initially downloaded Luno in their description they seem to be conscious about respecting client privacy, by not tracking number ofDifferent metadata on phone. But when you go into the fine print you see that the do not track claims are if not a lie, very heavily exaggerated. They do track, share data, all of it just like any company who benefits from your metadata. After reading a number of concerning reviews, I tried to delete Luno and my phone started having issues immediately. Froze on the screen right after I clicked delete app data from phone. SMH welp time to wipe and get a new phone

The monthly withdrawal limit is too small, and the idea of having to update the account with information to increase the limit doesn’t make much sense to me. Why not have every new registering members put in all requirements before using Luno ?. Not asking them for more after they are already in and making transactions. It takes time and delays activities. Currently now I’m being delayed because I have to upgrade the account with more information before the limit can be increased. This is crypto, the limit should be very high.

While I like Luno , and enjoy it simplified user interface, could you please update Luno to stop pasting from our clipboards. Whenever you copy something from one app, or even copy something on your computer, and then open the this app app, you get a notification saying that this app pasted from that app or computer. I do not want to share sensitive information from my clipboard with this app. Please disable this functionality in your app.

Owing to the recent development by the CBN concerning cryptocurrency tradings a lot of Nigerians have been deeply affected by this especially me
Pls I suggest u create a platform which allows peer to peer bargains while this app moderates the transactions just like Paxful amongst others...
Now this allows individuals who have account with this app make transactions while this app regulates the rates and fees attached. I can’t even buy from my accounts and sending from other blockchains is quiet expensive
If this app have an open platform for its members to chat and trade amongst themselves the I think it would help solve the current issue on ground. Thanks

Luno is indeed a great one no doubt! But I noticed you can only perform just a single transaction on it and subsequent transactions wouldn’t go through with the same bank unless you change the bank, it’ll keep on writing try again with another bank etc. moreso, it got to a point where my money wouldn’t be deposited instantly it’ll write wrong OTP whereas it’s the right one until I logged a complaint before it’d be reflected! Please check and correct this. A bank should be able to make as many transactions a day. Thanks

Main reason I stick with this app for 2+ years Is the quick access to funds (within a day)
Taker fees are high(1% for btc), maker fees are 0% but recuire some skill.
Btc price is at a premium of 5-10% on average.
The platform has functioned well this year after having had difficult outages during high volume periods last year

With due respect to your organization, I don’t know why this app will always threaten to block my Account because of limitation on my money, which I have done what I could with the document I have available to verify in other to increase my limit, this app should know that quite number of Nigerians don’t have valid I.d card, and we that have only have the temporary one which is made from ordinary paper, hence the document got rumpled no matter how careful you are, maybe you should find another easy means to verify your customer if your intentions are not to lock my account with my money stack inside, I just want you to know I have options, it takes only my finger to delete the this app App. Thanks !!!

Luno is good but the charges is too much is really affecting if you want to deposit money you will pay huge charges for it. If you also want to buy or sell your crypto you also need to pay charges for it. The charges are making it difficult for investors to make profit. Please you guys really need to reduce the charges

this app is this best crypto wallet no doubt, I have been using this app since 2017 with no issues and I enjoy all features, passed all tests and limitations heading to the top of the hat. Recently in 2021 I noticed a big changes in their policy, verification delay and work ethics due to the influence of central bank. To my opinion, I guess the main objectives of the government and its agencies is to keep the masses poor by all means, now since this app arrived as a financial messiah and has been effective, the government sees it as a treat to their governance and policy so has decided to destabilize the wallet using CBN as bait in order to frustrate the users and the masses in it. Clearly this app offers better rates and low cost then most other crypto wallet recognized by the government and propagated through the internet and media. Thank You!

this app is a great way into the crypto world. Simple and easy to use. I was glad to see ethereum was added and could be bought directly from ZAR.
this app has informative cards displayed on the home page and helps users to understand Bitcoin and crypto trading - so is not just a trading site but a source of crypto education.

As a South African I send crypto currency from this app to other international crypto trading sites to invest in other coins besides Bitcoin and ethereum - it would be great to inform users that sending Bitcoin to another exchange platform is alot more expensive than sending ethereum.

Buying ethereum with ZAR is convenient, however this app lacks a detailed and sufficiently informative ZAR/ETH graph like the one provided for ZAR/BTC.
This is very inconvenient considering lunos reputation for having a great user interface and can lead to making poorly judged trades.

A fast attention and a quick solution is needed on this please.

I don’t know i have been notify that I should stop using this app again since last year September because I don’t think I did anything wrong or I don’t verify my this app account either.

The money is sent to me so I can keep it and later give the person when he needs it.

The money is 520,000 Nigeria Naira and this money inside my this app account is between life and death please.

I need you to help me open my this app account ASAP so I can send the coins out of there please.

Experience is an awesome tool to work out what’s good and what isn’t.
On someone else’s advice, I used AltCoinTrader to do my first bitcoin payment transaction..... For those of you who think this app is expensive... think again. ACT will charge you for depositing money, withdrawing it, buying or selling cryptocurrency on their exchange and a cr@pload to pay anyone in bitcoin.
Take some time to understand the this app fees and by comparison you’ll find they are not that bad.
The “Taker” and “Maker” fee policy is particularly good by comparison, if you have the stomach for waiting for your trades to process.... Makers pay no fees at all.

this app is a great app for the cryptocurrencies it allows one to trade. Easy to use, fairly fast (mostly) and so far has been secure. Transactions are intuitive and getting money in and out is quick. I just wish there was a community forum embedded in Luno . Mainly so people could vent, or at least explain stuff. There are times when I think herd mentality overtakes the market and it drops or rises without a reasonable explanation. For example, there’s no logic why cryptocurrency values fall when stocks and stock futures values fall. Yet that’s what’s been happening. If users of cryptocurrencies had a better understanding of their utility and reason for existing I don’t think we’d see volatility paired with stocks.

This is a very stupid app to try coin they secretly over charge and they seize tour coin for no reason I have been a customer for one year and this stupid app locked my account with almost $2000 worth of BTC in it. Don not use. If you are a new user it’s not advisable and if you have been using it for a while try to find somewhere else to trade your coin. They are going to ruin your business soon or they might even mess up your coin. This is a very stupid app they over charge and they just ruin the coin

A friend mistakenly clicked report wallet from the email he received and they disabled every wallet that has done transaction with that wallet, even when you chat with their customer service their response is slow, but the worst part of it is once your wallet has been disabled, it’s gone you can never unblock it. The Favour that can be given to you is to provide an account where your balance left in the wallet can be paid to, if it’s in crypto you will then provide a wallet address you will like your remaining BTC to be transferred to, Not a good experience.

if you look at the review time line it is very apperant that this company or app house hasnt responsed to reviews in around 6months.

more and more company's are just letting their app or service run and completely ignore customer service.. cause it's actually more cost effective to let the "dumb" "customers" go else where or just give up completely. cause if you they can't figure it out themselves the company will eventually be blamed for losing a customers money(99.3% of the time it's user error ex. typing the coin address or trans scribing from a hand writing wallet address.)

if you are "loosing coin , or getting your account hacked(dosent happen ever) or are going to insist that Luno or blockchain are to blame and think u are going to demand a refund, don't. just don't and stop using crypto currency.
