How to fix Luno app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Luno app on iPhone
Update Luno app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Luno iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Luno on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Luno network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Luno Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Luno not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Luno App
1. On android, goto Settings » Luno » click [Force Stop]

Update Luno to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Luno App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Luno » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Luno.

Fix Luno unable to contact server/ Luno internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Luno » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Luno » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Luno
