I have a problem with Annotate

User reports:
No current problems

- The app does not allow users to draw rectangles, circles, or ovals.

- Users cannot drop in bullets with numbers.

- There is no alert that lets users know their image is saved after saving it.

- The app no longer allows users to save annotations to the camera roll.

- The app has not been updated in three years, suggesting that the developers may have abandoned it.

- It is almost impossible to draw a dot with the finger-drawing function.

- Users cannot call up the tools from anything other than their photo albums.

To resolve Annotate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Annotate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Annotate » click [Force Stop]

Clear Annotate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Annotate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Annotate.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Annotate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Annotate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Annotate
