I have a problem with NoWaste

- It takes many hours of upfront and ongoing investment to set up and use the app.

- The app can be glitchy and barely usable at times.

- The developer's decision to move the database to a new server resulted in many users losing their food inventory.

- Users were not properly notified about the need to export and import their inventory before the server move.

I switched phones and my nowaste app on my new apple phone freezes quite a bit. When I tried to reinstall, i am getting the norwegian version.

To resolve NoWaste network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the NoWaste App
1. On android, goto Settings » NoWaste » click [Force Stop]

Clear NoWaste App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NoWaste » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NoWaste.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NoWaste » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NoWaste » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NoWaste
