I downloaded a book, I deleted the app and installed again. I downloaded the whole book again and when I tried to read it the bottom 'start reading' didn't work.

I try to download the chapter it says downloading and show start reading - but when I press on start Reading - it doesn’t work. Similar to a problem noted by other users. What should i do?

I can see the book I try to download the chapter it says downloading, down loaded , start reading - but when I press on start Reading - it doesn’t work. Similar to a problem noted by another user - Jacinto.

Chapters download but they will not load and open

None of the text is opening in any of my books. The chapters have been downloaded however when I select a chapter a blank screen appears with the chapter name and a button on the bottom that says "start reading". The button does not work. This is the case with all of my books in the app.

Close and restart the Inkling app on iPhone
Update Inkling app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Inkling iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Inkling on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Inkling network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Inkling app issues:

Force Stop the Inkling App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Inkling app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Inkling to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Inkling App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Inkling app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Inkling.

Fix Inkling unable to contact server/ Inkling internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Inkling » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Inkling » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Inkling on android.
