Hi - I am trying to set up two new Gizmo watches. In the past I had one for my older daughter and I used an email address that I no longer have access to. When I try to create a new account, it tells me I'm unable to because my cell number is connected to the old email address. Can you please help me update my email address so I can activate the two new watches? Thank you,

Gizmo2 watch appears to be functioning properly but app is not. I updated my iPhone XR to the newest ios yesterday, the app still won't progress past the "Consent to collect info" screen as an email never does come through to the email I attach to it(have tried multiple emails)on the previous screen that asks for my info. I've hit resend email, does not generate the email. Has anyone else had trouble not getting the verification code in their email? How do I get an email to shake loose so I can pair this watch? I've spent 4.5 hours on this pairing issue and it appears its the app after all the troubleshooting I've done with and without Verizon.

Dashboard will not come up on the app. I cannot initiate calls or texts to the watch, which is a major problem! Please contact me with a solution.

I have sent several messages and not heard back my watch is not charging and we just got in July. I went to Verizon and they tried a different charger and that did not work. They said I have to deal with you directly as still in warranty period please respond ASAP on what I need to do or call 425 750 9526 thank you

We can’t find my sons gizmo. Battery life says 85 percent . We pinged it next day did not work tried calling it says Verizon wireless customer is busy . It seems to be stuck on September 8th. Went to the location and no one has it . Locations has not moved or changed since sept 8th Does this means someone stole our watch ?

I am a contact on my granddaughters phone. I recently retired and my work email was deactivated. She can call me on her watch and I can redial and call her, but none of the other options are working. I have tried deleting app and reloading with new email info but keeps saying my number is already associated with the phone number whether I try to sign in or create a new account. Her Mom has checked everything on her end and does not see any reason why I can't have the access I had before. Please help!

Like so many others, watch will not pair. I have called support and spoken to 6 different spending about an hour on the phone each time. Verizon sent a warranty replacement and still no go. Still working on it……

Just got a gizmo watch for my daughter. I pair it up with the QR code on the watch with my GizmoHub app. App says it sent a security code to the gizmo that I need to enter, however, no code arrives and gizmo does not move from the QR screen. I’ve made 4 calls to Verizon, no one has been able to help. Verizon tells me they need to “troubleshoot” and promise a call back, no calls back I’ve uninstalled the app and that hasn’t worked. Any help would be appreciated or I’m going to have to have Verizon take this back as it’s unuseable.

Gizmo2 not charging. We had this problem before. (It charged fine for a month, and then sporadically, after a ton of tries.) We already exchanged it once for a new watch thinking that was the problem, but this watch only worked for a few weeks before problem happened again. Very frustrating and sounds like a common problem with these watches. Have tried all sorts of plugs/cubes/outlets/resetting/etc and we still have to try about 50 times before it will charge, if it ever does. Will be cancelling/returning if no solution is found.

Dashboard would not come up in app. Finally decided to delete app and reinstall. Now app either does not recognize number. Decided to create account again but says number is in use. Tried to request forgotten password and said didn't recognize users. We are lost.

I have downloaded the latest version of Gizmo Hub to pair with my son's new Gizmo. I created my account, his profile, and have gone through the steps to pair the device. It allows me to enter his phone number, I click "next", and it says "Already paired with Gizmo." However, if I go back to the dashboard, his device doesn't show up, just his name and the message to "Add a Gizmo device." What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

The gizmo hub app is not working. I spent the whole morning yesterday trying to pair the gizmo gadget watch I bought from Verizon. Went to Verizon and I tried another watch and they tried to pair it with one if their phones too. We tried 3 phones. The watch is activated. It is definitely an app issue. My 9 yr granddaughter was very disappointed on birthday when we couldn’t get it to pair up. Please fix your app issue ASAP.and let me know so I can get the gizmo paired up with my phone. Thank you

Unable to pair watch to phone!!!

We bought this watch yesterday from a Verizon store. We tried to pair it to my phone as well as my husbands no luck. Went back to the Verizon store where they tried on both of our phones, factory reset the watch, gave us a new watch, called tech support...still no luck. Tech support says this is a known issue and they will contact us once it’s been resolved. So until then thanks for taking my $200 bucks, charging me a monthly service fee, and leaving me to try to explain to a 9 year old why her cool new watch that she has been begging for months now has to sit on the shelf and in all actually will likely be returned...sigh, EPIC FAIL!!! Update: I have been on hold with customer support for 1 hour and 6 minutes...no one seems to know what is wrong BUT that it is a known issue and they have other tickets open for this same problem...meanwhile my 9 year is crossing her fingers that her watch will work...the saga continues!! Update: Bye bye gizmo, returning it today. It never would pair despite multiple attempts with Verizon customer service and emails to app support. This would be a great product IF it actually worked.

2 Weeks, 2 Gizmos, Still Not Working

So a few weeks ago my wife bought our son a Gizmo watch. We downloaded the app on both phones and neither one will sync. Went back to the store, had a rep come by our business, then to another store, got a 2nd Gizmo to replace the first one, and it still won’t sync with either of our phones. Between 5 Verizon reps, 2 Gizmos and a lot of my time, deleting, updating, doing everything numerous times because “nobody has ever had this type of problem with syncing a Gizmo”. But it turns out you can spend a few minutes online and see it’s a known problem. The issue is likely with the latest Gizmo Hub App (an update probably is to blame) and they have a few more days to get it fixed or we will be giving up this thing for good. No telling how many others have already given up theirs, probably in the thousands since it’s been going on for a few weeks. I hope Gizmo has their people working around the clock to fix it because this issue could end the whole product if it continues much longer. It’s such a great idea, but like any idea, if it’s not executed properly it’s a waste.

Not Pairing to 3.2 version

My daughters first watch Gizmo Pal would turn off automatically so upgraded to Gizmo Watch. Which I was worried about the screen so bought an expensive liquid screen protector which didn’t work at all cause while my daughter was taking off the watch it fell and screen broke. So I have insurance on the watch and no problems they sent me a new watch. New watch came in got activated and and wouldn’t pair to gizmo hub. So they sent me another brand new watch. same thing. I’m on my third watch now now and still won’t pair. I finally got someone in Verizon that knows what they doing and said it’s not the watch it’s the app. Not happy as it’s the busiest time of the year for me and my family and my daughter have been without her watch since May 1st. I can’t call her after school to let her know what’s happening or anything. Not happy at this time as I’m paying for a service and My daughter is without her Gizmo Watch. I will change my Review once this gets fixed because before this issue it was working great. Need to fix this ASAP
