I purchased a 1 yr. magazine subscription im Feb. of 2021 in early March of 2021 I decided it was not 4 me and i x’lld it. I’ve been waiting since for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription. I finally got in touch w/The office Mgr there Jean Daniels and she offered nothing but excuses and became defensive when i asked about getting my refund. She was also rude to me w.her tone of voice and mannerisms used. I x’lled it in early March today id June 9th and I still don’t have the refund. I’ve submitted a complaint w/the FTC and the BBB im going to let them handle it from here. I’m done w/you High Times Mag.

Paid for a year but only got 3 issues before HighTimesMagazine wanted me to buy per issue again.

Paid for a 12 month subscription but it hasn’t updated since April

I purchased a one year subscription in january 2021. Starting with the spril issue my subscription is not being honored, even though Inpaid in advance fir one year.

Edited: I had to come back and change this review. I deleted HighTimesMagazine and re-downloaded it and everything worked beautiful.

Something is wrong with your digital platform. If I buy an issue through HighTimesMagazine , the cover and all of the ads contained within will load no problem, but the moment you get to a page containing actual content, the articles within, I get “wheel of deathed.” The load wheel starts spinning amidst a white backdrop and no content ever loads. I have literally allowed it hours to process and no article will ever shows up. So basically you are paying money to behold a shiny cover and a flipbook of abs, but no actual substance, and I am very displeased, because it has been like this for over a year since I first downloaded it, and no one has fixed it.

One star since HighTimesMagazine doesn't work. I have iPhone 6s with recent iOS 10 update and still doesn't work. I purchased a year script and it won't download on my iPad Air or iPhone. I contact customer service and was pushed to HighTimesMagazine developer. HighTimesMagazine developer couldn't resolve the problem so now I am pushed to Apple. I am the one who used my money to buy HighTimesMagazine , so why am I having to run around and contact all these different people. You would think someone would be willing to help....or how about I get paid then if I am the one doing all the work to try and solve the issue...

As pleased as I am to have access to HT in mobile form, I am very disappointed with HighTimesMagazine design and usability.

The design and navigation is clumsy, and the formatting of the context is pretty lousy. Some articles are in all caps. In those articles some letters are randomly lower-case.

The biggest issue, however, is that the image spreads are shrunk to fit my screen and I can't zoom into them! On an iPhone 5 that makes it impossible to see the market stats or to read an advertisement I am interested in.

I really really hope that you guys do some work on improving HighTimesMagazine experience. Your magazine deserves it! If you need inspiration, please refer to the Bloomberg Businessweek app which does a great job of making their publication mobile-friendly, especially for small screens.

Purchase annual subscription, charged and no electronic magazine. Every time I'd ever purchased from Newsstand I've gotten screwed over. Here again it happens I'll need to take time calling, filling out forms, going through major headaches to either get my money back or subscription working.

Newsstand is Apple's biggest loser app, worse customer service from all providers including Hightimes. Frustrating to pay for a product and to never get it.

So here I go... Only to achieve massive headaches, I'll never purchase electronic magazines again.

It's high times! So if you like high times, you'll enjoy HighTimesMagazine that allows you to read high times.

Don't waste your time buying this!! You won't be able to access anything! I bought and paid for the unlimited digital subscription was supposed to get a log in information email and still can't get a response it's been 5 freaking days! I feel as if they robbed me! Don't waste your money!!!!!

I like reading High Times whenever one of my idols are being interviewed. That, plus I like the way how it all flows together too! I LOVE this magazine!

Never gets old reading every one cover to cover. Thank you for everything.

Haven't had any issues, great content

I purchased the digital subscription and never received info on how to access. After 1 week of back-and-forth mail to Zinio AND deleting HighTimesMagazine and re-installing, the digital issues will download but become corrupted and unreadable. I will demand a refund from my credit card company.

Bought HighTimesMagazine and several issues. All my issues went away and it wont let me sign in. I tried several things, it wont even send me my password under lost password. Issue refresh - no go!

Iphone 6 plus. Plenty of memory

So I updated the newest version today, then when I open my high time app, found out I lost all my data, where is my annual deal and where all my magazines went? Even magazines already downloaded in my phone are gone!!

Just purchased subscription but is showing I have to pay for this months issue, I was excited to see this in a digital format...please don't let me down!

On i pad it is great. No download or reading issues.
