Have the same issue 3 months no print magazine

I am in the same place order the magazine oct 7, 2023 and still haven't received my magazine but high times took the money. We should all start a class action lawsuit against high times. this is crazy and false advertisement. all i wanted was the magazine as a gift and got nothing.. so disappointed. i guess after reading all these complaints is try to dispute the charge on my credit card.. maybe high times will respond then after i left several messages.

Ordered paper issues for 1 year July 9 2023… no magazines and no response from high crimes.

its obvious that I will get the same response everyone else got. I also paid for your magazine and received nothing . That was almost 6 months ago

I purchased a subscription to HT magazine for my husband. My bank account was billed $29.99 on February 8, 2023. I have still not received 1 issue! My husband subscribed for the past few years. We never had a problem in the past. I received an email on 5/15/23, 3 MONTHS after paying for the yearly subscription, telling me the payment method was denied. NOT TRUE! They tried getting payment again on the 18th stating it was denied again. I don't know what's going on but all we want is the magazine PLEASE!!

You suck! Paid for a yearly subscription back in November 2022. Now it's May and still have not received one magazine. I can't dispute with my bank because it's too late!

Ordered as a gift for Christmas. Didn't get it. Supposedly lost in mail. Cancelled subscription, reordered it, paid for it the end of February. It is May 10. NOTHING!! cannot even find a phone # to call and check what is going on. Terrible!

I see I'm not alone. I ordered a one-year subscription in December of 2022 and have yet to receive any copies. I sent them an email and they eventually responded saying that they had some issues out of their control but they would get me my subscription right away, but nothing ever came. So disappointing! I bought the subscription for my husband for Christmas. 🤨 I guess I shouldn't expect much in China Biden's America. 🖕🖕🖕

Order the magazine in June 2022 received august issue and that's the only Issue i have had delivered. Its a waste of time contacting them.

Ordered a one year subscription (print copy) December 2022, to begin on January 2023. Today is March 1, 2023. No magazines so far. Maybe, their too stoned to function???

I order Higj Times magazine on March 20 2022. I have received 1 magazine in July 2022. They are going to auto renew my subscription again March of 2023. Worst subscription I have ever involved my self with. I don't smoke I use this magazine for educational purposes. Bad business practice and a shady business. Fuck You High Times. Burn in hell before you get any more of my money

No issues after pre-paying it’s now Jan of 23 and nothing no response no reply

Hightimes Magazine never responded to the BBB complaint I filed. Where do I go from here? I found where there is some kind of lawsuit going on, I guess they have folded or something. I need my money back.

I have not received an issue since August, 2022. I have reached out repeatedly and have not gotten a response since getting a Facebook messenger chat in August, 2022 reporting a problem with printing. Since that, responses have gone dark.

Ordered high times magazine in July 2022 still have not received an issue yet and its 2023 now and I was Pre-Paid too.

REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TODAY!!! The last issue I received was the August issue, I renewed in August for another year, cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to multiple emails.

I have subscribed to your magazine for a number of years. I had a problem with my card being hacked once and you told me it coudn't have been through your subscription process but I ordered and paid with a personal check and would like to do that again. My last issue was August 2022 but I never received a notice that I needed to renew and I can't find the address to send a check to to get another subscription. I subscribed in February 2022. Received 5 issues then nothing since August this year.Emailed several times and was told only lies.They told me issues would be mailed soon and never were. I was lied to and my money was stolen. This is fraud do not subscribe to this fraud scam! Thieves and liars run this company.

Have tried subscribing twice in the past year, once directly from the magazine and once through Amazon. I have never received a single issue. High Times customer service is totally unresponsive. I get the read receipts, so I know they've read the emails, but they never answer. This has got to be the single worst customer service I've ever encountered.
