For three straight days, I have attempted contact with customer service, to no avail. Evidently, they only want your money and then give nothing in return.
I don’t even recognize this horrible thing as my newspaper. I want to read the newspaper as it is, not this hodgepodge. Just the digital version of The Times like it has always been. I will not continue paying for this mess.
I don’t mind having to pay for a subscription but I hate that every article I click on I have to restore my purchase or activate my subscription. This is not enjoyable and makes me want to use ShreveportTimes .
I have a full subscription yet you block me from certain articles why?
This is the worst app I have ever used.
App has a serious problem. When icon is tapped it asks you to go to ShreveportTimes Store to update to get to the Times content, even though it has already been updated. It is not a one time occurrence, happens every time.
As far as usability, ShreveportTimes rarely works.
I appreciate being able to access our local news online. The mobile app is pretty easy and stories are accessible.
Did not get paper today! This happens about once a week! Please try to fix this problem.
News is good. We lived out of state for several years. It was great staying informed of home issues.

Not the newspaper I grew up with. Would like to see the Local & State news reported in a more timely manner, especially sports on the weekends.
I absolutely love our local newspaper. While I don't always agree with all of its content it provides me the best local recap of what is going on in our region. Where else can you get such a comprehensive review? We are lucky to have such a resource.
