Goes through the face recognition and then shuts down

Common dislikes about MyNM app

- App will not view in landscape position.

- Unable to attach a PDF file to a message to my doctor.

- Unresponsiveness (sometimes I have to wait days for an urgent question to be answered).

- Messaging feature in the Dashboard stopped working.

- Runaround from the office (when I call the office they tell me to send a MyChart message) and when I send a MYChart message I see that someone has read it but not responded.

Force Stop the MyNM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyNM app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyNM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyNM.
