Summary of MyNM Problems 🔥

- App will not view in landscape position.

- Unable to attach a PDF file to a message to my doctor.

- Unresponsiveness (sometimes I have to wait days for an urgent question to be answered).

- Messaging feature in the Dashboard stopped working.

- Runaround from the office (when I call the office they tell me to send a MyChart message) and when I send a MYChart message I see that someone has read it but not responded.

MyNM iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix MyNM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyNM app on iPhone
Update MyNM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyNM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyNM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyNM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyNM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyNM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyNM App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyNM » click [Force Stop]

Update MyNM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyNM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyNM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyNM.

Fix MyNM unable to contact server/ MyNM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyNM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyNM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
