Lifetime membership doesn’t share. App shuts off when screen sleeps

I am a subscriber to the Breethe App and as I wanted to use it today, like I have done every day for months now, but the screen is just black. What's going on?

I am so happy to have a lifetime subscription. I understand I can share it with other members of my household. How do I do that? I have an apple; my daughter has an android.

when i open my breethe app on my iphone it just plays the audio (audio de fondo) so i just get the music

I purchased the $99,00 lifetime subscription on 11/25/2023. I have tried to download the app on my apple phone and it just brings me to where I can purchase again? This is my second attempt at contacting you...please respond and let me know what I need to do. Thank you

I signed up for 14 day trial on App. Unfortunately I did not notice the free trial for one year. 89.99. I canceled trial for 14 day which ends 06/22/2023. When I select for the yearly on the app. It states 89.99 June 22 2023. Do I still get the yearly trial? It mentions the yearly trial above the 89.99. I did not want to select Apple Pay until I get confirmation. I love this app. Excellent job!

App not working says something wrong with server

I had to replace my phone in January, since then I've noticed that all tracks repeat, even when I have not selected then to. I am being woken between 3-4am each morning by the next iteration starting. I use a sleep app and have recordings of the repeat during the night so it is not just a one off aberration. So far it hasn't mattered what I listen to. Please help! I enjoy your tracks but will move to another app if this one keeps waking me in the early morning.

Sessions do not stop after they end, but keep repeating. This does not change when I toggle the small repeat symbol at the bottom of the screen. Highly annoying… Thanks for letting me know how to fix this.

I’m lays for about a minute then crashes. Just started happening these last few days

Plays doe 30-45 seconds and then shuts down. Has only done this the last 2/3 days.

When I open my app it’s just black and won’t load. :-(

App design really needs works. Too often the track just stops (app crashes) or either the music or vocal track doesn't load or the track just loops endlessly. Great content but the terrible app performance is really killing the breethe experience

I have been using app for about 2 weeks. The first few nights it was fine. Now it does not stop automatically at the end of the session. It started repeating. I am using app for sleep. If this is not corrected, I will cancel. I really like the app and I will be disappointed if this cannot be corrected.

Meditations automatically repeat over and over. I don’t like that. When it’s over I want silence.

Is your server really undergoing maintenance? I haven't been able to log in all day.

App stays open with screen on after the meditation recording has ended. I often wake up in the middle of the night and see my phone screen still on. This does not happen with other similar apps that I have on my phone.
