I decided to cancel my trial after being billed for the first month’s subscription and they make it exceedingly difficult to do so. I emailed support with the subject line ‘account cancellation’ and they responded fairly quick with a follow up saying I would have to cancel through Apple unless it was being paid via credit card or PayPal in which case they would help. I responded to let them know it is billed through PayPal and...crickets, zero response or follow up. Apparently they only want to talk to you if you’re willing to give them money? I’ve been forced to go through PayPal and remove/block their payment agreement and will be watching closely to make sure that works.
I’ve always thought that a true measure of a company is what they do to retain customers, but not having the ability to cancel easily leaves a very bad experience and completely negates the possibility that I’d consider them for future use. Do not recommend.

There’s no way on the planet I’d pay 75$ for an app, unless it was absolutely amazing. Frankly, this app doesn’t make the mark. Some of the meditations are good, some of the music is good. 1-2 are great. There’s not a whole lot of variety, certainty not a years worth. For me the worst part is half the time the program you want doesn’t even download. The files are too big and you’ll definitely need WiFi. Even with WiFi, a lot of the programs do not upload. Not good if you travel a lot or want consistency/ your money’s worth. I think the app owners are being greedy asking for 75$/year and they only offer like 2 free programs so unless you love those two, it’s not really worth having this in the first place. And it’s not like you can’t find a lot of great free meditation music to listen to online. If this app was in the 20$ range, I would consider buying it but out of principle not going to buy an app that doesn’t work half the time. Id rather put my $75 into extras at my yoga studio or Whole Foods.

I’ve been using Breethe for several months now, and it has helped me get to sleep so quickly! My use wasn’t as consistent during the first few weeks, but now I could hardly sleep without it!
I’ve only ever had one issue with it, the daily counter. This is the only reason I cannot give the app 5 stars. It should be optional to have it on the stats page or hidden, especially because it is not always accurate. At first, I didn’t care as my use wasn’t consistent, but eventually it was fun to watch the days add up. Until it reached the 40s, because then it would reset without reason. 43 one morning and back to 1 the very next. Thankfully my sleep app records, so I know I didn’t simply forget to turn Breethe on one day. This happened several times over the last year, then one day it finally reached 50, then 60, then 70...I thought the glitch was finally ironed out, and I grew more excited as the counter slowly approached 100. Yesterday, I reached 94 days of consistent use (and great sleep)...then was sorely let down this morning when the glitch returned, and the counter showed a large 1. 1!!! Needless to say, I’m perplexed and irked. Guys, please fix this!! Make the counter optional, and iron out this glitch! Please and thank you!!
But, everyone, the sounds and therapies on this app are so varied and diverse, and I do not regret purchasing it overall!!
