I have a problem with Poemhunter

- Difficulty sharing poems on Facebook due to unknown language message

- Sharing poems in text messages cuts off half the poem

- No indication of the year the poem was written

- Some grammar issues in the app

When searching, I get the notification: generic error’. Why? What? How to fix?

To resolve Poemhunter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Poemhunter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Poemhunter » click [Force Stop]

Clear Poemhunter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Poemhunter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Poemhunter.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Poemhunter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Poemhunter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Poemhunter
