Keeps giving me an error message, something went wrong, contact support. Was not fixed by closing the app or deleting and redownloading.

To resolve Bicycle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bicycle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bicycle » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bicycle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bicycle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bicycle.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bicycle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bicycle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bicycle
