How to fix Eve app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eve app on iPhone
Update Eve app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eve iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eve on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eve network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Eve not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Eve app issues:

Force Stop the Eve App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Eve app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Eve to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eve App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Eve app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Eve.

Fix Eve unable to contact server/ Eve internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Eve » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Eve » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Eve on android.
