Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever EDN app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix EDN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EDN app on iPhone
Update EDN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EDN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EDN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EDN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix EDN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EDN app issues:

Force Stop the EDN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EDN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EDN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EDN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EDN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EDN.

Fix EDN unable to contact server/ EDN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EDN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EDN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EDN on android.
