Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlayerPlus app issues:

Force Stop the PlayerPlus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlayerPlus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlayerPlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlayerPlus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlayerPlus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlayerPlus.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
