RJ has good service once in the air- the flight attendants are great. I’ve flown over 30+ times with them. However their app and website are dated, slow and just bad. Also, you cannot choose a seat! All other airlines I have ever travelled allow you to choose your seat. Not RJ- you just show up and they put you where they want you. I just flew a 12 hour flight and had to sit in a seat far away from my wife- all because they do not give you an option to choose a seat. Their customer service is hard to get hold of, I’m currently on the phone on hold after they left one of my suitcases in the terminal- I have a tracker so I can see it sitting there. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 days and nobody can give me any information on my delayed suitcase. RJ has great flight attendants and in flight service, but their website, app and customer service are 0/10.

RoyalJordanianAirlines does not work every time. It keeps on crashing. I am using iPhone 6 with iOS 8. As mentioned before, it's poorly designed, you can not log in, every time you have to enter the full info. When checking online, RoyalJordanianAirlines does not store your boarding pass to be used at the gate! The frequent flyer section is a exact copy of the website (rendered) no specifically designed for mobile devices. It's a shame, RJ came very very late with a iOS app and it turned out to be crap. I am a frequent flyer, with at least 50 trips a year and always prefer RJ and enjoy their service, but RoyalJordanianAirlines is disappointing.

I am a royal club member when I tried to book my ticket last week I app suggested to hold my ticket for 3 days which I did and when I tried to confirm my ticket go blank page and did not let me book my ticket when I called customer service they told me you can book it but I have to pay extra $300. They give you an offer but they did not honor their offer. I feel I am dealing with little kids. Don’t recommend this airline at all. Every time I decide to give them another chance they screwed me up. I will never look into this airline again.

Bad flight at all for long and short flights and very poor services. The application also does not work very often, and the application user does not have wide options. If the traveler wants to change the flight, he has to apply for a refund, and this procedure lasts for more than a month as well, in addition to deducting large fees from the value of the ticket, although the ticket is refundable. I do not advise anyone By using this flight, especially from America to Jordan or vice versa, the business class is also not worth any additional amount. Very poor services, only the seat is a bit wide

App doesn’t open, nothing loads!

It keep giving me error message, User session expired and it wont let me in!!

RJ Needs to fix RoyalJordanianAirlines and make it work properly, Royal Club not working, very slaw app, errors everywhere. It’s a shame to have very poor rating for years and not doing anything about it .

RoyalJordanianAirlines is so poorly designed. It’s a miracle when it works as it should. It needs a complete overhaul. It doesn’t always recognize record locators, trying to register is a mess. It’s nearly the same as having no app at all.

It’s crazy that we live in 2025 and RJ airlines still can’t manage to get their app running. You literally just lost a booking for 3 people ($4,900) (because your app is so glitchy it doesn’t let me checkout.

I have decided to book with another airline because the payment interference is awful unfortunately it keeps giving me error every time.

The worst app ever! Can’t log in anything, book tickets, or log in to Royal club! Complete disaster and if you want to call customer support IT’S A JORDANIAN NUMBER! It shows a pop up msg saying “wrong format”. You can’t log in to anything, even though i used the same credentials on the web and they worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON IT!

The interface is nice and easy. But, why do the trips disappear frequently, and have to be added manually every time? And why doesn’t it simply pull all the itineraries linked to one’s frequent flyer account? These features have become basic in any decent airline App. The way RoyalJordanianAirlines is dysfunctional in that aspect is completely unacceptable.

Before you book your flight let me give you some advice, don’t. It’s not worth it. You will lose your money, time, and nobody cares about what’s going on to try to help you. I booked with them, and due to an error on their part, they refused to refund my flight that they made me lose. No one is answering emails, each person I speak to blames the next person. Very unprofessional and has no problem stealing your money.

It’s impossible to login in RoyalJordanianAirlines. All my information is correct but I keep getting a pop-up message that simply Says “OK.“ RoyalJordanianAirlines won’t let you register for their loyalty program, you must do that on the web. In addition, you cannot change seats via RoyalJordanianAirlines as you can do with ALL other airline apps. Ugh. I’m terrified to see what RoyalJordanianAirlines is like once my flight finally arrives. Just terrible.

I’ve seen bad apps, I e seen good ones. But the level of carelessness and lack of interest of customer experience in this apple exceeded all my expectations.
The application is simply outdated, like at least 5 years behind every other major airlines. The last update was a year ago. The application doesn’t work most of the time, causes my phone to crash or becomes jittery.
Royal Jordanian needs to consider an update to their management.

Really like the new UI RoyalJordanianAirlines has introduced, although some feature either do not work or got deactivated. I am not able to get my apple wallet boardings anymore for some reason. As well as I cannot add my Royal Club card to apple wallet, I see the icon, press on it, but no action is taken by RoyalJordanianAirlines . Would appreciate a fix. Also, when looking on my bookings I would really find amazing retrieve all my books as per my frequent flyer number.

The new update for the RJ app. Is okay but when your flight is open for check in alert doesn’t work and unable to send you notification ?!!!? You have to login to RoyalJordanianAirlines to do checkin

I already have a Royal Club number and I can’t add it to RoyalJordanianAirlines . A phone number is required and you have to choose a country. The United States is not an option on the phone portion. When you get down to putting in your address, it requires your state in the USA and it requires a city. There are only about 6 choices of cities for my state and no option to type it in. This field should not be a choice but a type in. There are too many cities in a state to have them all. I also can try to upgrade my seat. Nice to have an app for my flight that I booked already but not so useful otherwise.
