Leider funktioniert RoyalJordanianAirlines aktuell nur äußerst eingeschränkt. Viele Funktionen funktionieren garnicht oder nur über Umwege. Als Beispiel: Der Login beim Royal Club funktioniert in RoyalJordanianAirlines überhaupt nicht.
Alles in allem sehr schade. Ich hoffe dass die vielen Bugs bald behoben werden. Ich frage mich warum das bei einer so großen nationalen Airline solange dauert.

This airline is the epitome of incompetence and disrespect. From start to finish, the experience was a disgrace. Their customer service is nonexistent – every interaction felt like talking to robots who couldn’t care less. They are professional scammers, charging hidden fees at every turn and providing absolutely nothing in return. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Delays without explanation, lost luggage, and zero accountability. It’s like they take pride in ruining your travel plans. Honestly, calling this a service is an insult to the word. Never again – I wouldn’t fly with this airline if it were the last one on Earth. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Login geht nicht, damit kann ich meine Status Karte nicht in die Wallet laden. Überflüssiger Müll, der auch nicht gerade Mut macht, den Flieger zu besteigen. Ich meine… ernsthaft, wenn schon RoyalJordanianAirlines nicht funktioniert…
