I get an error message with the word letter inside brackets.

Rate limit exceeded try again in a few mins.

This app apparently doesn't work on weekends or holidays, although it doesn't tell you that when you sign up. I bought a package to send letters to my son who is in BMT at Lackland - so far, I've only managed to get one letter to send, I have no clue if it actually made it to him, and there is no explanation for letters not sending or staying "in processing" for days in the FAQ's or website. There is no live chat or even chatbot feature for troubleshooting reasons that letters "don't go through" or "problems sending letter." You just get an error message that there was "a problem sending your letter." I'm telling the Grandmas, Aunts and friends to save their money and just send mail the good ol' fashion way - through the U.S. Post Office.

App keeps saying T2 is cancelling. Retry

Refuses to send a letter after changing the address of my soldier from Fort Jackson to Fort Lee. Keeps saying that there is a problem sending my letter. Also unable to find out how to send a PX card. Perhaps that is no longer an option?

It just spins and spins, I finally get to the letter and try to send and it just spins and spins - keeps saying loading.

The app has not been working for 2 days, over Memorial Day weekend of times when it would be a great opportunity to tell my candidate how proud I am of them to want to serve. I hope it is fixed soon.

I can open the app and get to the news section and the travel section. I am unable to open my profile or write a letter. I get the rotating red circle endlessly. I am also able to open "shop" and access the drop down menu from the three lines. When I click on write a letter from there I am sent to an error screen that indicates the web page cannot be open because of "net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME"
