I get the same code every time at the top of the screen in red,”Response status code was unacceptable: 403” I hadn’t been able to send my nephew a letter, breaking my promise to him.

The app not working that my daughter sent trying to find out what to do
I am a new user. Within a week I’ve seen discrepancies between the delivery date the “app” is confirming vs truth. My son has received only 1 of 4 “ delivered to Great Lakes”, per app, written nearly a week ago. I have written letters additional that are to be received “next day”. What is the problem between delivery to the base and to my son on the base? All this advertisement about “ supporting “our family members in boot camp, and I am seeing a lack of continuity and integrity in these Sandboxx confirmations. I want to focus on my son-not on a system of discrepancies. Keep honesty in your information. I am buying the time you are advertising. I will not use Sandboxx app again and will also advise my friends and family, to wait, as I will , to see the timeframe that it takes to resolve this matter. Posting comments? I don’t need space to vent my issues, I am awaiting a credible response and not computer generated platitudes.
Can’t log on. Screen is locked. Think I put in wrong email. Please help. Got 7 credits left.
I spoke to my son yesterday and he said he has only received a few of my letters. Using traditional mail and Sandboxx I have written twice weekly and this is his week 9. He also said he sent two and I have not gotten anything. I also paid for two publications that u have no idea if he got.
I want someone to call me asap (509-539-8646). When I have to look all over the internet to find a simple contact phone number to talk about an issue and can't find one, I am not happy. Please call me. Thanks

Sandboxx is awful. I wish there was a numerical rating and I would give it a zero. In theory, the morale booster credits SHOULD be an awesome feature. You would be able to buy a package of credits and then share them with your family and friends. However, the first issue is that you have no control over who uses your credits. Since the app asks you to invite people to the morale booster, that would suggest that the credits that you put in there would ONLY be available to those that you share the link with. Well that is incorrect. Your credits can be used by ANYONE, absolutely ANYONE who logs in and pulls up a letter to send to your recruit. That is irregardless of whether you know the person or not.
Secondly, I've had issues with Sandboxx releasing the entire list of individuals who had EVER sent a letter to my recruit. While they did adjust this policy AFTER I reached out about that, they refuse to inform you of who used your morale booster credits. If you don't want individuals to ask who used their credits, then you need to offer the ability for the individual to assign their credits to specific people.
If you want to use Sandboxx, stay away from the morale booster. It's more headache than it is worth.

I am not happy with the experience I’ve had with this. First of all I bought some credits and wrote my first letter to send and I pressed the send button and sent me a message back saying message failed to send or something along those lines so I tried again and it sent. Great! Well it sent it twice! And it used two credits! It told me it didn’t send the first time or I wouldn’t have tried again. So I wasted a credit sending a letter a second time. Then it logged me out recently and I went to log back in and it says my email and password is wrong so I try to reset my password with my email, and it says email doesn’t exist! So I try to sign up with my email thinking it might let me in that way and it tells me my account with that email already exists But why won’t it let me in or reset my password? So I can’t get into my account and I’m not buying more credits with a new account because I already have them in my actual account that it won’t let me in to! Customer service has been of no help. And I’m upset because this has been nothing but a hassle and I wasted money just trying to send my husband letters! Better off just handwriting and using stamps! Not happy!!!!!!

When you advertise that your loved one in training will receive your letter the next day and then routinely take 4-5 business days to deliver it you have successfully conned military families and stolen their money. Is this your way of saying “thanks for your service”. I think Sandboxx hates military families.
The USPS has been delivering our letters to our son at boot camp in 2-3 business days. Don’t waste your money on this app or service. I’ll use up my tokens because I spent the money on them upfront however if we want mail to get to our son in a timely manner we have had to start using USPS. Thanks Sandboxx 😡😡😡 you are successfully worse than the USPS. That’s quite an accomplishment.
Over the last four weeks (May-June 2021) the letters have taken 4-5 business days to be delivered to the Army post at Fort Leonard Wood. It can take another day for them to sort and deliver to his platoon. All told, it has been averaging 5 business days for our son to received the letters. yet they promote the service takes only one business day. We also purchased stamps and surprise! They never got delivered. Thanks again Sandboxx.
