TREBEL Music Status

Restart phone. Cleared cache and date. Still unable to connect to the server.

The app will not open, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I’m seeing other comments about the same issue with no response so i’m assuming there is unfortunately no solution atm.

My trebel app will not open at all! Never had any problems till now. How do i fix it?

Have been using trebel for years & it’s never just stuck on the heading page & not opened. Have tried restarting my iph too and that didn’t help & i have automatic updates on so it’s not that either.

It won't download any songs it says something is wrong with my network even though it's worked before I haven't had this problem before until now it wouldn't even let me access my other downloaded songs if you have any information that might help please send it anything helps:)

shuffle does not work

everything is working fine except that I can't stop a song, or go forward or back - the buttons are useless. What am I missing? To stop the music I have to log out.

Worked great for about a year now it goes straight to a blank add screen and won't do anything else very frustrating really enjoyed the format of treble

app audio drops out after about a half hour of play. then locks up.

My playlists don't play in order

Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes. I haven’t been able to use it in almost two weeks!

App was working perfectly until a few days ago. Now it says it’s playing a song on one of my play lists but just repeats the same song over and over. I’ve closed out the app I’ve changed playlists I’ve done everything I know how but to no avail. Please help fix this dilemma. Thank you

So I’ve had the app for about 2 years and it’s worked great until recently I’ll play a song like Lucid Dreams by Juice WRLD for example, and the album cover and the length are right but the audio is a completely random song in my library. It’s confusing now that all my songs are mixed up and TREBEL tech team just ignored me

When I'm playing my songs it want play all of them it will stop playing an I have to restart app.

While playing from my library offline it will keep stopping.

Play the songs but when commercial comes on it stops working and have to restart everytime never did it before. Very annoying.

I. Had 135 songs on my playlist and now they are not there

Treble keeps deleting songs that I have recently added or even old songs that I had, it will completely remove the song as if I never downloaded them. So when ever I want to listen to some songs I can’t because it won’t let me. This is a problem when I go offline and I can’t listen to playlists because treble deleted them or half of the songs on them, this used to be such a good program but now I can’t listen to my music with out having to download it first.

It will play a song and then it will stop until I click on another song and my shuffle is not working.

I always bought coins since it doesn’t give me barely any in my daily drop. I now have no choice to buy coins!? This is so annoying because I used this app A LOT but now I won’t be able to because I don’t have enough coins and I can’t purchase them now either.

I've used this app for two years and I love it, but lately after I updated my phone software the app won't play songs if I exit the app. Also when I try to download songs when it says its going to play an ad, the screen is just black. I tried clearing the data and force stopping the app, but it didn't fix anything. Please fix it if you can, and if not what other offline music apps would you recommend? I can't play music offline while my phone is off

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem when I download songs. Everytime I go to download a song it will tell me it's playing ads as my songs download in the background, but it doesn't play ads, my screen just goes black but still illuminated and on/working. It doesn't freeze or anything. The screen just goes black, but it still allows me to go to the home screen and back out of the app. I'm on a Motorola G Pure.

Hi so I’ve had this app downloaded for a couple of years and I love it but now it’s starting to act up here are just a couple 1 the music won’t skip on my radio in less I disconnect the Bluetooth going to the radio everything is fine until I hook it back up then it back to won’t skip 2 the music hooked up to my radio will only play for 2 seconds and won’t play but the music is still going 3 I bought a new stereo system and it still doing that same thin as 1 and 2 So if you guys could help me that would be awesome because I really love this app

I can’t download new musics from trebel

When playing music offline the app will only play one song then it stops. It won't allow me to skip to the next track or go to the last track played. I've Uninstaller it and it'll work for a little while then goes back to doing the same thing. I really enjoy this app and want to continue to use it. Thank you in advance

In one of my play list it keeps saying that some of my music is stored in the cloud. But the cloud icon is not responding. I tried resting that play list it still say the same thing. I even put all of my songs in the cloud and downloading them all over again. Still the same thing. What do I do???

Phone shut down due to l Low battery power, space no space plugged in phone to charge for four hours turn the phone back on and my travel account was gone I had to re-connect and then after that I got all my library back song names but nothing will play my entire library 600 songs and I have no playtime on any of them not gonna download 600 songs again waste all that data fix your shit

It was working well actually. But… it’s been over months. Whenever I try to download a song, i get a notification: “the file did not download successfully.” I don’t think it’s because of my internet. :(

Music not downloading

Well, it works fine up unto the point I open another app, I have draw over other apps on, but it won't draw over other apps.

I tried using my trebal application and it freezes up as soon as I click on anything. No songs that I have downloaded will play or my wallet will not pull up. Very frustrating to have spent the time downloading songs over the years and not being able to listen to them!!

So this has happened three times before. Basically the app kicks me out the second I open it. It’s not updates I’ve checked. The only way it worked before is by me deleting it over and over but after it works I have to download all my songs again. And I hate it. Also after it first worked my profile doesn’t show my followers and my username is stuck on moon. Thank you in advance!

Had songs downloaded and was using it regularly until a few weeks ago. Checked it today and there aren’t any songs in my library as before!

Every time I try to download new music, I get a notification that it is unsuccessful. I checked the wifi, which was strong, even tried it when I was somewhere else that has a strong wifi, still didn’t work.

I am trying to get back my songs from the cloud on my account for Trebel and I am still getting this Try Again message.

Won't finish downloading a song I've found and chosen to download.
