Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever vPro app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix vPro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the vPro app on iPhone
Update vPro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall vPro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix vPro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve vPro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix vPro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent vPro app issues:

Force Stop the vPro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click vPro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update vPro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear vPro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "vPro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch vPro.

Fix vPro unable to contact server/ vPro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click vPro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got vPro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch vPro on android.
