Unable to connect

We have the Visto vPro-75X2 since May 2017. Using iPhone 6 with iOS 10 and unable to connect to the unit. When opening the app I can see the location but cannot connect to it. I use around 8 or so other Bluetooth devices without any issues. My wife's phone (same as mine) worked initially and then 1 month later it stopped connecting just like mine. I called tech support and they suggested to swap the transformer. I just installed the new transformer and running into the same issue. For a $400 transformer this is very disappointing. Not sure what to do next. Might have to return the transformer and get a different manufacturer (Unique maybe)

This app and lighting system is absolute crap...
it’s never worked properly- I probably should have install my own lighting system & I have no idea how to do it - but I believe it would have worked as well as VPro doesn’t... Buyer’s remorse - the review is forcing me to rate this app/system - I’d rate it zero stars

Poor design

Not very user friendly. I have the 2 zone model. I have mosquito repellent linked to one zone and lights to the other. Both zones have to have a program. I should be able to program 1 zone only and leave one manual. Both zones have to run. I’ll turn lights off, shut the app down and the lights turn on. Very confusing. Needs a total revamp. Call me, I’ll help!
