I’ve ordered two products. It’s been 10 dats the delivery time here really takes time so plan on getting your deliveries 5 days or more. In a city like HK that’s absurd.

Trying to track your product where it is process is also way way behind. Customer service a bit hidden and a hassle. HKTVmall is not smart enough to know your order to automatically talk with customer service. You have to write it down from one screen to talk to a chat bot on another screen. Very Mafan.

Hong Kong is much faster than this platform. App expectations are much more advanced than HKTVmall offers.

Displays a blank, white screen before crashing. Pop up ads are also extremely annoying and inhibit proper usage of app.

It’s been a nightmare to checkout! I tried all my cards aNd PayPal and they are all declined because they are not registered in HK but in the US! Are we in a location with lots of foreigners? The company should take that into consideration!!

The login screen just stays there and doesn’t refresh.

Frustrating

Block connection form us, if you don't let US to use it, why you post it on US App Store! Warning , HKTVmall don't work us, don't download it, it's waste your time.

The programs are not available in US region but then why it is put up in US store. Confusing. I will give a negative rating if I can.

Please state in ur app description that HKTVmall doesn't work in the state. Looking forward to watching it here

Platform: iOS 13.6.1
1) when searched for an item, I selected one from the pick list. Then I click back arrow, it does not return to the previous page. It brings me all the way to the top level page EVERYTIME.

2) when using the chat with chat bot, the text does not wrap around. Once you type towards the end of the line, the characters disappears.

It’s not a first revision product but it looks unpolished.

HKTVmall loads pages much slower than its browser version for so long. Please improve it

Ordered almost a week ago for delivery today. Nobody has contacted us even though online it says goods have been dispatched and someone will contact us soon. Very frustrating
