BIGGBY is in dire need of a modern update. BIGGBY isn’t even programmed to fit a larger screen.... Comparing it to the Starbucks app (which is probably the biggest competitor), youd think this app was inferior (which it isn’t).
Aside from the dated graphic design, BIGGBY is hard to navigate, its busy, parts of it are in low resolution or unaligned due to the screen formatting issues, and you can’t add funds to your card from BIGGBY itself. You have to do this from a browser, and that website for rewards itself looks like it was from 2010 (still has the og Instagram logo.)
What this really needs is a massive update to its design that streamlines BIGGBY . In terms of marketing, BIGGBY doesn’t really entice me to want to go to their stores, so I think an updated app would allow for a push to newer/younger consumers. Integration with Apple Pay and Apple Wallet would also help, because if you had the this app card in your wallet it would be so much easier to pay (plus it would notify when close to a this app so more business). An e-tipping function would also be great since a lot of your stores don’t allow tips on credit cards.
Finally, making the order ahead directly from your app and pick up in store. A lot of other coffee places/restaurants have had this ability in their apps for a while, so take some tips from those.

For a company that charges an arm, a leg, and your firstborn child for it’s barely average coffee, you would they they could develop an app capable of, well, anything helpful. Not the case. The rewards consistently fail to load. Forget trying to add money to your card for payment. There are pointless trivia questions that block the main screen without any option to remove them. BIGGBY , much like their drinks, is underwhelming at best. Do better, this app.

The concept of BIGGBY is fantastic, the execution does just that to your existing points card. I tried adding my card to BIGGBY , BIGGBY wouldn't take it though. The next time I went to a store, all my points were gone and the card was no longer active because I had "set it up" on BIGGBY ...even though it wouldn't let me add the card. They gave me a new card, added my points that I earned for that visit to the card which was fine. Just tried adding that card, same thing happened. This is my favorite place to stop for coffee and it is really sad that BIGGBY does nothing but steal points. Also, why the heck doesn't it work with passbook/wallet yet??????????

The this app app is awful. What my Internet browser says for my points and amount of money on my gift card does not equal the amount that BIGGBY says I have. I am also unable to add more gift cards to BIGGBY which is unhelpful because I want to know how much are on these before I throw them away. There is no customer service hotline either I had to submit some thing on BIGGBY and leave a voicemail to the number they give me.

I love this app, but BIGGBY needs some serious work. I have to go to the actual web site to add money to my card, which is annoying when I’m in a rush. Then my card on BIGGBY needs to be scanned twice, once for rewards, and another time to pay. And it would be great to have the option to tip on there! The employees at the Rockford, MI location are all so wonderful-so when I forget to have cash on me for a tip I feel terrible. Please update BIGGBY!

Every time you try to log on via Facebook or Email "error has occurred". Over the few days that I've use BIGGBY I've had to create 2 to 3 different accounts because you couldn't sign back in once you've signed out. IF YOU EVER get signed in the first place, never sign out because you'll have to make another account. IF YOU EVER get signed in, you can however use it to rack up points but there's no way of seeing your progress as BIGGBY is so crappy it doesn't physically show you what you've earned. It only shows zero's.

As a loyal customer of many years, I would like to say that BIGGBY needs a MAJOR update. Outside of normal bug and performance fixes, we need to at least maximize the screen size of BIGGBY to fit the entirety of the screen. This has been such a hassle using BIGGBY (especially with the screen size changes with the recent iPhone models.)

like a good handful of people have said BIGGBY isn’t updating points anymore. I’ve bought at least nine drinks and it only says I have four points. I’ve checked and rechecked and closed BIGGBY but it’s frozen on four points. I realize BIGGBY was abandoned ages ago but it would be nice to at least know I’m not losing my deals

I've tried BIGGBY very couple months or so since it's launch and every time it I add a card it just deactivates it or has some sort of error that renders the card useless AND negates any points I had. I just had someone scan my "digital card" on BIGGBY yesterday and it didn't add points either. This has left a lasting impression on me to make sure I always and forever stick with the cards.

UPDATE: 2 years later. Still broken. Says it adds card, but digital card is "invalid"

Have been using BIGGBY flawlessly for about a year, one day it logged me out and i can no longer sign into BIGGBY , can sign into the website just fine with my email and password when using that app it prompts me that one of the 2 are incorrect. Very aggravating as i no longer have a physical card and 11 points it shows online but i can’t scan the card. there no other method for me to use the same account either. Tried deleting BIGGBY and redownloading. nothing. sounds like this has been an unfixed issue for a year now. unacceptable from a corporation with the means to fix these issues.

None of my points show up I have logged in and out multiple times. I added my two cards but it tells me you can’t add inactive cards I have used both but it then wiped my cards I had almost 12 points now I have 3. I asked the girls working as well and they said they know nothing about BIGGBY or website as I have tried both. I wish they would take the time to train the employees with BIGGBY or at least fix BIGGBY . There’s a reason it only has a 2 star review over all.

I just changed my password today cause I haven’t used BIGGBY in a while. I was able to sign in 3 times, however, after that it wouldn’t let me. It kept having an error.

And the only reason I kept signing in and all those times in a row is because I wanted to save the password to my iPhone, which never was possible.

And even the menu is incomplete. I got on BIGGBY to look for the food options on their menu. Unfortunately, the food is not even listed as an option or category on BIGGBY menu.

The apps UI is so out of date. Looks like a 2012 app for those original touch screen iPods. Not only is BIGGBY kind of buggy, it’s slow to update holiday items, but I can’t even use the keyboard functionality. I tried customizing my profile and couldn’t put anything in, the keyboard was blank.

Needs to have area to manually or scan receipts for points as well. I’ve been to
bigby a few times in past month and didn’t know about BIGGBY or rewards system and would really like to have the reward points added on to my account.

I wish it would have transaction receipts/history, so I don’t have to keep asking for a receipt at times, sometimes the baristas don’t give me the points for that drink, so now I’m always asking for a receipt to double check + to see if they heard my order correctly.

I have tried many times over the past few months to log in to my account. I’ve reset my password countless times and still I cannot log in to BIGGBY , but the website works fine. I sent feedback this morning and Alaina was able to get the issue resolved within an hour, so I can now log in. Very helpful and quick customer service.

I lost my card, but I had already registered it to the website just to track and for my birthday points. So I was able to get those points back by making my card digital!!

Also, dear app developers, it’s *broken* not broke. Lol

BIGGBY works just fine. I’m sure they will make it better shortly. I’ve never had a problem.

Comes in handy when you’re at the store when you can just pull out your phone for reward points instead of having to dig around for a card. It would be nice if we had the option to order in BIGGBY to pick up at the store.

Like others, I had issues with my points not updating correctly, and having to go through the pain of having to log out and log back in to get them to update. It's been working absolutely perfectly since. Love the nutrition section for calorie counting purposes, and the locations section when traveling.

Two months later, everything is still working great! I hear that they're working on being able to accept digital BOGOs on their cash registers, so for those who use them (I'm too disorganized to keep track), I could see that being a needed improvement.

this app is known for pretty good coffee at pretty good prices but their app and websites are awful! I downloaded this and it totally messed up my account for tracking drink purchases. Then I tried to remove BIGGBY and the website still will not let me add my 2 loyalty cards. I really wonder how frustrated the franchise owners must be and is the electronic communication any better between corporate and the franchisee.
Again save yourself a huge headache and don’t download!

It’s been signing me out as soon as I walk into the store most days, now it just stopped working. I’ve changed my password multiple times it still says incorrect information. I have about 8 drinks saved up and was getting close to my free one. Wouldn’t usually mind but with how expensive it is, it really upsets me no matter if I delete BIGGBY and redownload it, it still does the same thing. I lost my card too.

Using BIGGBY replaces the physical point card. If you make your card digital the card is no good and you have to use your phone instead. A this app barista dropped my phone in the ground while giving it back to me and cracked part of my phone. Did they offer to fix it? No! I just want to use BIGGBY to easily check my points and find locations. You can just do that with BIGGBY. It requires you to digitize your card- as they call it.

For the last probably month I have not been able to access my account via BIGGBY . It will not allow me login no matter how many times I have tried through Facebook and my email login. It says “unable to login try again later” well it’s weeks later and I’m still unable to login.

Same here. Jan 2022 and my password works fine on the website but not the app. I need the app so I can throw out this card but it looks like I have to hold on to it after all. Another reviewer said you have to go through customer service to make it work. Mystery to me.
