The new version of the BIggby app keeps logging me out. Every time I want to scan my Biggby card for a drink I have to log back in. On an older version of the app I did not have to do that. Why the change?
Your old app worked wonderfully. The updated app sucks. I am going to delete and not use BIGGBY COFFEE any further. Can’t even get on to spend the money I put on a card. You really screwed up with this upgrade.
App will not work. Have installed and reinstalled app. Reset password. When I try to use app it says opps something went wrong?????

Won't load, go to open the app and it flashes, go to open it again and it says Biggby keeps stopping and my options are to close app or send feedback. I've had this problem for about a week now.
