The new version of the BIggby app keeps logging me out. Every time I want to scan my Biggby card for a drink I have to log back in. On an older version of the app I did not have to do that. Why the change?

Your old app worked wonderfully. The updated app sucks. I am going to delete and not use BIGGBY COFFEE any further. Can’t even get on to spend the money I put on a card. You really screwed up with this upgrade.

How to fix BIGGBY app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BIGGBY app on iPhone
Update BIGGBY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BIGGBY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BIGGBY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BIGGBY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BIGGBY Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BIGGBY not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BIGGBY App
1. On android, goto Settings » BIGGBY » click [Force Stop]

Update BIGGBY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BIGGBY App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BIGGBY » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BIGGBY.

Fix BIGGBY unable to contact server/ BIGGBY internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BIGGBY » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BIGGBY » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BIGGBY
