This is actually horribly cruel to force people to spend hours trying to use this app!! WHY is not fixed!! Its a terrible app. The reviews are horrible and no one seems happy with it. It just makes me wonder if anyone gives a rat's ass about people and their isolation. This seems almost intentional. There are so many glitches and deadends when you try to schedule a visit or message it borders on criminal. But nothing is done to fix it. Seriously ridiculous. My request is that if ANYONE can figure this app out - please give us some tips on how you did it!!

This is the first time I weite a review, but I feel that it is necessary. This App is so frustrating and not user friendly at all. I have tried to schedule a Visit and it will not allow me to schedule one. It keeps taking me to add a contact, which I have already. The text messages take so long to get approved and some newer ones are approved first, before the older messages. Many times, the App is down and not working. It is impossible to get any assistance with customer service! No one EVER answers, Ever!!!!!!

Your phone line is a joke I’ve been trying for 2 days and nothing.

The only issue I'm having that's becoming a bit frustrating is that all the pictures I've been sending most are still pending while sometimes some that are sent more recently will get approved leaving the others pending I have over 10 pictures and videos that have been pending for over 24 hours now.

I deposited money to be able to send messages to my son & it's saying I don't have enough credits. I deposited $25 & it says it's in my account but when I try to send a message, I get the message I stated earlier. How can I get a refund or be able to send a message? I updated my phone software and now my GettingOut app stopped responding. I've deleted it and re downloaded, restarted my phone, it will let me start a message then suddenly stops responding and my message is lost. I have no way of communicating with my person

I'm having a hard time having a video visit , why?

Both My Brother In Law and I put money on my husband's commissary account. We let my husband know so he would know there was money placed on his commissary. As we put money on his account it said that the deposit was accepted yet every time my husband tries to use his commissary they continue to tell him he has no money on his commissary account. We used the GTL GETTING OUT APP to make the deposit and since we know we each put $50 a piece on there for my husband yet he isn't receiving any of that money at all we need a refund!!?

I'm NOT able to deposit $100 into an inmates account, the only online option is VOICE MAIL, I DON'T want Voice Mail. Other options are...??? Please!

The system is not working. I cannot read his messages and I can’t write messages it keeps going around in circles won’t let me on. If use could fix the issue.

My boyfriend had money left on his tablet and just went to state prison. To get a refund they are asking for his booking number. The booking number he has and the jail even provided me is a 7 digit number and they are saying it is a 8 digit number. No 8 number booking number even exists

This app will not let me update my new phone number and all the money I put on it is on the old number it will not even give me the opportunity to change the number it only lets me change my name and my address but not my phone number and they said that's going to help me and they have iit.=I got a hold of someone in customer service he was Hispanic could not understand half the things I said and he said he was going to send me a confirmation email where he put my new number on there and took my old number off but he never did and I can't seem to get anyone else to help me on this thing I hate this app it's the worst one I've ever put on my phone to be able to get hold of my loved ones it's behind locked doors bars and if they're going to put this app out here this shit made it a little bit easier to understand and help the people that have issues with it instead of leave a comment and nothing ever gets done about it

I created an account useing my email but the sysyem reject it and said for me to use gmail.It worked teporairly but the reject it and said need to confirm email/gmail.I did and once again reject;however,i have an account though,even with gtl but it wont acknowledge either,email or gmail.I was connected im messaging with a love one when it just boot me out unable to log off or in.

I put $25 ON AN ACCOUNT FOR ME TO SEND AN EMAIL TO JEFFREY CHANEY AT THE VIRGINIA CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL REHABILITATION IN VA. I SENT ONE MESSAGE. THE AUTOMATED VOICE ON YOUR TELEPHONE SITE SAYS MY BALANCE IS 24.75 WHICH MAKES SENSE. WHEN I TRIED TO WRITE ANOTHER M ESSAGE, I WAS TOLD I HAVE NO MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT. THIS FACILITY HAS TABLETS FOR EMAIL. I DON'T WANT TO USE THE MONEY FOR CALLS, JUST EMAIL. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

I requested a refund to bank acct because ya'll put the money on as n inmate I had never heard of and a phone number that was a business. I was promised a credit would be given back on my bank acct. That has been over 14 business days I have not received a credit or explanation. I was given a confirmation number for the credit that was going to be issued. Now when I try to contact you I cannot get a person on the line. Hopefully you will respond to th his email. My phone # 404 236 5351

Why can’t I speak to someone directly at GTL???? I put $20 on my daughters account so we could msg. I have done this before without any problems but now it shows I have $.19 what happen to my deposit?
