1- when creating account, the password, should have been requested to be entered twice and they should match, before the account can be created, so the customer would definitely can tell (s)he eneterd the correct password that he/ she intended to, and avoid inconvenience and mistakes like my case.
2- you can also provide an option to show password or hide it, for convenience and security , up to the customer
3- There has to be a link with in the interface ( right under the password) to reset the password
4- contact us link, doesn't have a send button, so how am I suppose to contact you through the webpage ... after typing my long message, I found that it was a waste of my time, as I couldn't send it
