I purchased a car in January 2022 when I visited CD Mall at Jaipur. Before finalizing the purchase I identified some maintenance and body shop related issues. Since I live outstation, the deal was to purchase the car by paying upfront and get the issues fixed at local Car Dekho approved vendor and Honda Service center. Car Dekho was supposed to reimburse me the pre-authorized maintenance amount with in 3 weeks of submitting bills, itโs over 90 days and I am still waiting for my reimbursement. I keep calling them to check status of repayment, they neither deny nor process it. Well not done so far!
My suggestion to potential buyers, if you are buying from a dealer, only get into a used car deal, that assures you good after sales service as well. In my case, CD failed on this v imp parameter.
