AXIS360 does not load book for the past few days, very frustrating. Why is it so unreliable.
Says internet not available. I’m using an iPad with iOS 16 that connects, usually, with Axis 360 through Wi-Fi or cell service. Instead it’s telling me the internet isn’t available. What should I do?
Axis 360 has been down for 2 days. No warning, no head's up, no solutions. After a swirling arrow all I get is a green bar that says GO TO HOME PAGE. Very frustrating!
I cannot get Axis 360 on my Android phone to work. I tried accessing a book I had downloaded but got spinning circle for several minutes. Closing and reopening app made no difference. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Axis 360 app several times and each time I try to find my library to set up my library account I just get a message "Fetching list of countries, please wait" and a spinning circle and nothing happens. Then I got passed adding my library, but I got the spinning circle where I should have been able to put my library login.
I've been using this app for several years and its always been very glitchy, but since Saturday 11/19/22 its just not working at ALL on my android or kindle. Period. Have reinstalled rebooted and offered up my first born to no avail. My WiFi feels great today btw. You all just have no Fs to give evidently. Library users are stuck with a glitchy, slow and really frustrating experience. Why can't you Fix this?

I have used Axis 360 for a number of years. One time I couldn't read my book I had downloaded and I couldn't download another one. I removed the site from my Kindle and reinstalled it and all was fine. This time it has done the same thing. I have removed and reinstalled it three times and it still won't let me download a new book. It tells me "there were no titles matching "James Patterson"within your library's collection". No matter what author I try to download a book to read, it gives me the same message.
Keep getting "error connecting to server".... Using both Data and Wifi. Uninstalled - reinstalled ... rebooted phone Nothing is working.
When reading a downloaded book on Axis 360, A big green circle keeps spinning in the middle of the screen. How do I fix this issue ?
Login Access Denied: Contact library administrator (3521). Called the local library, was told they were having issues with the app; asked the uninstall and the reinstall. Same issue.
Will not login says retry or contact your library administrator...I did and they said it is in lockdown or some other technical problems for 2 months now

On my Android phone, the app shows I have 5 of 5 checkouts after I have returned and removed all of them. The info on my laptop is correct. Help, please!

I have 5 books checked out. Only three show on my shelf. So I only have access to those three. How can I see and get access to the other two?
Axis360 remembers my bookmarks even after I return a book. When I check it out again, I try to delete them, but they reappear right away because of sync. It also won't let me add any new bookmarks. Thank you in advance for your help, Angela
