Through the Word App Status

My android will not let me add the app. It tells me there was an error try again.

Every time I come back to the app, I cannot hear sound because it will not play. I choose the chapter I want to listen to but it will not play.

The app keeps stopping while I'm on the login page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. I am several days behind on my start journey...please fix😥

I was having all of the same login issues. I usually sign in with Google and it wasn't recognizing me. I followed the advice of some of you and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now I can log in with Google again and I'm back in! Thank you for that tip!

I had the same issues as described here. Login not recognized, user pool not recognized, etc. after emailing and getting no response after several tries. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. No luck. This morning I went to play-store and updated app and it finally let me back in. Maybe it will work for you.

I love this app as well I have only signed by using my Google Sign-in. My phone says, "an error was encountered with the requested page." I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and I get the same error. Please let me know when this app gets fixed or if there is a work around.

When I try to log in, it says user does not exist. When it try forgot password, it says user does not exist. When I try to create a new account, it says user does not exist. When I try to log in w Google, it says page loading error. When I try to create new account w Google, it says page loading error.

Trying to log in I get this message User pool client 5i1vujv3qepn1aku0r8rh36avq does not exist. When I select to I forgot my password (which I didn't) it does not recognize my email address.

I tried all the troubleshooting, but nothing is helping sign in with email or Google.

I’m trying to get back into my TTW app but it’s asking for my password. I don’t remember it and it says sending link to reset it but I haven’t received the link

I am having a login/ connectivity issue, I type in user ID (e-mail) and password and there is an error. I'll go into "forgot password" and it still won't process and errors out. I've uninstalled the app and will install it again. I am using an Android Samsung 9 phone. When will the issue be resolved?

I cannot sign in. I selected “Forgot Password” it said there’s no account w/ my email. I tried to log in using Apple & the link it for Amazon dot something. I hope the issues is fixed ASAP.

I’ve used this app all the time. Today it won’t let me sign in. I tried to sign in using my linked google and it won’t work and also I’ve tried to log in with email and create a new account. I’ve uninstalled and also shit down phone but still no luck. I’m on iPhone 13.

Login fails on the app. I use Sign In with Apple. I tried to create new account. And it fails as well. Delete and reinstall ap same issue An error was encountered with the requested page.
