Not ready for foreign travellers

Foreign telephone numbers are not supported, so cannot be used to validate account creation.
Also, birth date calendar selector doesn’t work properly and closes before you are able to select the right day.
Credit cards don’t seem to be able to be validated either, so you’re stuck using local payment methods.
Just go buy a ticket at the counter …

App yg sangat2 gak user friendly, semua proses nya lemot, timeout melulu

Setelah di update ke versi baru, aplikasi malah ga bisa digunakan (cuma muter² doang). Versi baru juga bikin pusing, lbh simple yg sebelumnya. Mohon perbaiki lagi. Yg mudah, jgn dibikin ribet

Status tiket selalu bermasalah

Tiket yg sudah dibayar statusnya muncul belum dibayar, barcode tidak bisa dibuka. Setelah pesan lg, statusnya berubah. Jdnya dobel..hadeh, amatir

Can’t choose local train, this apps crash after click the destination

please upgrade the features

user interface dan fitur2nya masih perlu banyak upgrade ini. Masih ada bug di login/logout user dan cek ebording pass nya. ayo kai mulai berbenah untuk aplikasi mobile nya jangan sampe ketinggalan aplikasi pihak ketiga.
