Good Evening, Have been having issue with time recording in the Time4Care app. Had opened 2 cases with PPL ( C-2435476-T9R3 / C-2487352-R1T1 ) PA have 2 consumer same household. When entering time for them it doubles time entry. Ex: #1 - 8 AM to 1PM then #2 - 1PM to 6PM it creates 4 entries. We are not able to select 1 consumer at a time. Because it says that PA have 2 participant. (T1019:CDPA TWO CONSUMER) By creating the 4 entries it doubles up there time and may run out of time that is allocated to consumer. They have a combine allocation of 45 Hrs. ( #1 - 29 hrs & #2 - 16 hrs ) WE have been removing the extra entry and seems to have created a different issue (Timesheet # 1 / Check# 12622 should be 36.78 Hrs worked but only calculated 18.38 hrs) (Timesheet # 2 / Check # 88898 should be 46.52 Hrs but only calculated 23.25 hrs. ) Which needs to be corrected. Issue may happen with this week as well. Have decided to leave all times entry without removing any time entry to see if this resolve the time being calculated. But not sure if it will tell us that time entry passes the time allocated. Please let us know how to proceed.

Time4Care app isn't working properly....It is saying to my workers....plan and subplan is required....What that mean?...It wont let them submit their daily timesheets....Please help

I had no issues with this app when I was allowed to manually enter my time. Since the update, I’ve had nothing but trouble. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, I’ve made sure everything is updated on the app, on my phone, WiFi, you name it. It constantly freezes and won’t let me clock in or out, I have to restart the app multiple times before it will work right. As of right now it shows today’s hours and that is it. It’s not showing any of my previous time from the rest of this week or even weeks before that I’ve already been paid for. It constantly glitches and freezes and loses hours. And good luck speaking to customer service. I can think of at least 10 times I’ve called them and only one time have I ever spoke to an actual person. Why bother calling to report app failures when you never get to talk to a person to tell them the problem? This app is junk and if you’re going to require that I use it, you need to fix it! Also it won’t let me choose zero stars or you wouldn’t even get one star from me.

There is no option to enter that I’m caring for older couple and am in their house caring for both of them but have to try to split the time between them on app instead of just selecting both people who I’m caring for. It makes it even worse if I have to think ten times in advance if one person has an appointment but the other doesn’t and even though I drive them both I have to log out to log into another person to show that I’m driving them to appointment. Totally rediculous. Has not been thoroughly tested or thought about. Waste of time since I’m not very tech savvy. In addition if I’m to be using my personal phone I should not be tracked where my location is for these things I now want to buy a separate phone so I can just keep it separate for work.

This is the worst app ever. It doesn’t let u clock out, keeps u going for 24 hours, doesn’t let u sign in easily, takes entirely too long to clock in and out, always saying system busy, and says it saved your hours and they will be added when system is available yet they disappear This last pay period it lost all my hours except 1 day for first week. I am having to log in corrected hours manually on computer. For an app that we are required to use to “help us and our client” this is aggravation for both of us. It’s stress I don’t need. All I want to do is work for my client and be paid. She is not app or computer savvy and it’s very frustrating for her. Please fix this or let’s go back to the old way. It is wrong to require us to use this app that is so poor.
