Awful!

I had no issues with Time4Care when I was allowed to manually enter my time. Since the update, I’ve had nothing but trouble. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, I’ve made sure everything is updated on Time4Care , on my phone, WiFi, you name it. It constantly freezes and won’t let me clock in or out, I have to restart Time4Care multiple times before it will work right. As of right now it shows today’s hours and that is it. It’s not showing any of my previous time from the rest of this week or even weeks before that I’ve already been paid for. It constantly glitches and freezes and loses hours. And good luck speaking to customer service. I can think of at least 10 times I’ve called them and only one time have I ever spoke to an actual person. Why bother calling to report app failures when you never get to talk to a person to tell them the problem? Time4Care is junk and if you’re going to require that I use it, you need to fix it! Also it won’t let me choose zero stars or you wouldn’t even get one star from me.

No option for entering couples

There is no option to enter that I’m caring for older couple and am in their house caring for both of them but have to try to split the time between them on app instead of just selecting both people who I’m caring for. It makes it even worse if I have to think ten times in advance if one person has an appointment but the other doesn’t and even though I drive them both I have to log out to log into another person to show that I’m driving them to appointment. Totally rediculous. Has not been thoroughly tested or thought about. Waste of time since I’m not very tech savvy. In addition if I’m to be using my personal phone I should not be tracked where my location is for these things I now want to buy a separate phone so I can just keep it separate for work.

Aweful

When your workers are expected to clock in with and app and Time4Care won’t accept it or says it is off line and the list goes on. There is a problem. Now I hear the care providers are at risk of losing jobs for improper clock in and out and many times it is Time4Care . I also have a problem with setting 10 feet from my modem and Time4Care runs and runs and sometimes I have to log out and back in and I have even had to uninstall and reinstall the appJust not a good app and when there are updates it really is issues

Horrible

This is the worst app ever. It doesn’t let u clock out, keeps u going for 24 hours, doesn’t let u sign in easily, takes entirely too long to clock in and out, always saying system busy, and says it saved your hours and they will be added when system is available yet they disappear This last pay period it lost all my hours except 1 day for first week. I am having to log in corrected hours manually on computer. For an app that we are required to use to “help us and our client” this is aggravation for both of us. It’s stress I don’t need. All I want to do is work for my client and be paid. She is not app or computer savvy and it’s very frustrating for her. Please fix this or let’s go back to the old way. It is wrong to require us to use Time4Care that is so poor.

Hit or miss!

Great app about 30% of the time. You have to hit submit and pray. I work overnights for a family and more than half the time it acts like it’s working fine when you submit but then it sends the entry to the saved files. Once there, just forget it. Next, you’ll need enter the same hours manually at which time you will have to choose from a pull down menu that lays blame on you as the provider, never Time4Care ! If you don’t choose a reason for the entry that claims it’s your fault, then you cannot submit your hours. You can call in with issues as the replies on other posts suggest but be sure to plan to use your entire day and do not expect a resolution Explaining the issues under “notes” doesn’t seem to help resolve the issues either.

What a mess

Time4Care is horrible. It never works. It constantly says We didn’t log out and states it had to stop itself at midnight. We constantly have to edit the times. I even take screen shots when logging out for proof. Two of us live with the patient. Do you know how inconvenient it is to remember to log in twice a day. You have to stop what your doing at an exact minute to log in and out. She is cared for 24/7 so stopping what you doing, if u even remember, is ridiculous. Might not sound inconvenient but setting alarms all day long just to stop what you are doing is very inconvenient, then take more time to edit it. I called ppl to see if we were gonna get in trouble for constantly having to edit the times. They said no. Ok then why can’t we just put our hours in the way we always have?

Working Well So Far

I have been using Time4Care for about 30 days now. So far, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have never had a problem with losing entries, but found that I did have to follow through to the end of the submission, which was a little sketchy to figure out. Everything is entered immediately and shows up in real time, and I’m actually liking how easy it is to record my hours. My device is an iPhone 6s Plus—maybe the interface for other phones causes some issues? In my case, Time4Care is fine so far—no problems at all.

Horrible App

Ppl is a joke to begin with. I have had issues every pay period for the past year and a half with this company and I’ve been here for five years. Now Time4Care is another joke. I get the Need for EVV for employees but Time4Care never works. I’ve had to delete and reinstall a million times I can log in and clock in but it deletes my entries and when I go to save the entry for the day it won’t let me. I have to log back out and in constantly in order to see if it’s keeping track but even then then when I log out it will say I worked for five minutes. They want us to use a broken system and I can only imagine what I’ll have to deal with going forward. It’s hard enough getting paid let alone after we have to use Time4Care that clearly doesn’t work for everyone.

I am not understanding how when I’m not even trying to login when I’ve a Face ID on my phone for all my apps that this is the only app keeps logging me out my stuff when it’s not supposed to especially when I’ve my Face ID on for this as well and every time that I do try to login it hit with this darn message every time your account has been locked for to many attempts when I didn’t and why isn’t my Face ID coming up on this when it was working before and now since y’all have made this update I don’t even see Face ID login any more this just crazy y’all just being doing whatever y’all want to do wit these apps and it’s a shame y’all needs to fix these problems ASAP

Absolutely horrible!

This is by far the worst app ever made for attendant care. It rarely lets me clock in or out, it is not accurate with location tracking. Which is concerning to me, why does an app need to track my location!? Definitely does not make me feel safe. Why replace the online timesheet documentation with something as terrible as this! At least online I had zero problems documenting my times and not to mention keeping track of them. It’s kept me clocked in for several 12hour shifts which I did not work and had to go back to edit then EXPLAIN myself? Time4Care was definitely not ready to be launched and it’s truly awful to force attendants to use this when it’s clearly not capable of working the way it’s supposed too.

Unreliable!

I have been using Time4Care for 3 months. It is a disappointment to say the least. I take care of a severely disabled client and have wasted so much of her precious time due to Time4Care. Not a single week goes by that I have trouble logging in, or logging out and the location accuracy is sub par. Also It is impossible to log in without an internet connection which makes my situation worse. Even with a good connection if I log in at 8 or 9am it seems the bandwidth isn’t sufficient and I am “waiting in line to log in” ridiculous. I go to hit the personal care services and hit respite by accident didn’t get paid for the day, unless I call and stay on hold for 3 hours I can’t get help. Please budget in a professional app designer!!!!

Freezes

This application freezes constantly I keep uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still give me issues I get all types of read error codes then there’s times that I’ll go to submit my time sheet it will automatically save it it splits up my hours I’d rather have the paper also when I go to clock in and out it gives the wrong location I’ll be in front of the clients home walking in the door now to say I’m parked around the corner down the street I think Pittsburgh Public partnership should reevaluating using Time4Care there’s a lot of times I can’t even get paid properly because I can’t even get into Time4Care

Horrible App

Time4Care is so horrible that the only reason anyone uses it is because we have no alternative. We are forced to use Time4Care and it hasn’t mattered that it has so many issues and glitches, everyone is still forced to use it. My attendant has missed hours of pay on so many I occasions it upsets me so much. Just logging in can regularly take over 5 minutes and always takes at least 2-3. When you are dealing with special needs who has time to stand around waiting for a poorly designed app to work! Writing a review is pretty pointless because no one’s choosing to get Time4Care are they?

App was a bad idea Bad idea

I am a DCW for 5 years and it was mandatory we start the use of Time4Care on Sept 1, 2019. When I went to clock in it said GPS showed I was 4 miles away from my clients house! Even though I was sitting in her living room! God knows if that was fixed. Multiple times I have clocked out and it didn’t take would say Affirm and was submitted to later clock in next morning and get a notice saying clock was never stopped!! I have also gotten a try later message when trying to submit my daily entry. They should of completely finished debunking Time4Care before making it mandatory. This will definitely mess with people pay checks and lively hood!

Terrible app

As if Time4Care wasn’t glitchy enough already, the latest update makes it completely dysfunctional. I open it to log in or out and it’s just a white screen. So I keep trying and trying until it works instead of being able to actually do my job. When you send in support questions, you can’t read the responses on your computer because they’re encrypted... you’re supposed to be able to download the message to read it but it doesn’t allow you to. Why tech support needs encrypted messages is beyond me, but I’d like to be able to sign out today.

In doubt.

I seen sometimes when logging in & out sometimes the dates & times would be changed. Like I would out my hours that I worked. & go in the next day & it would be sometime thing totally different. & when I ask questions nobody’s knows what happen. That’s weird. And days that the patients didn’t have enough hours & your entitle to the hours they choose not to pay you. They act as of it was coming out of there pocket. Etc. I could go on.

Horrible!

The worst app I have ever used! Does not want to submit hours, tells me to submit manually. When I try to submit manually gives me a whole bunch of errors. It is impossible to reach any support on the phone. Call back time to get a response is 48 hours! When trying to submit tasks it does not remember or submit them. IPone keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall Time4Care , which obviously doesn’t fix anything! Washington State is a month into using Time4Care and nothing has been fixed. App only keeps getting worse!!! Endlessly frustrating. What an incredible waste of time!!!

Very much dislike the newest version

The newest version is nicer to look at, but quite useless when it comes to keeping track of times worked. With the other app, searching for says and times as well as pay period was easy and simple since you could see the calandre weekly view. With this version, my paychecks no longer show in Time4Care , there are constant glitches and over all very displeased with this version. Please “update” to previous version.

PPL you need to do better.

I didn’t mind filling out a timesheet by hand. I was open to the idea of paperless because that’s less money spent on paper on my end. But you all have given us an app that clearly does not work and want to punish those who enter in the time manually too many times. YOU all need to do better and fix Time4Care. This is ridiculous. I have literally screenshoted 5-7 different reasons why it will not accept my time that I tried to submit that was not manually entered. And now I have screen recorded 3-4 MORE reasons why it can’t take it manually either. I’m doing my job and can’t turn it in. This is a problem!

Huge improvement!

The new update is actually working pretty well? I’m cautiously impressed. I wish that when I miss a clock in I could add one and have it start counting from the time I entered, rather than have to wait till after the shift is over to input the whole thing manually. Or if I miss my clock out let me alter the clock out time rather than delete the clock in punch and enter the whole shift manually.

missing attendants - no Fix after multiple calls

I’ve submitted a trouble ticket and spent hours on the phone with PPL to no avail. I am the employer of record and only some of my attendants are visible on Time4Care . Two attendants names do not show up at all on Time4Care. I can see them all on the PPL portal but not Time4Care . We will be REQUIRED to use Time4Care in VA starting OCt 1, 2019 and Time4Care is NOT ready, neither is PPL to handle the issues that are happening with Time4Care. Where is he Cutomer support for Time4Care and what do I do to get my attendants that show up fine on the web portal to appear on Time4Care as well? I can’t approve time sheets via Time4Care if my attendants are not even listed!!

Never works

The interface is not user friendly. It sometimes doesn't clock you in. Most days I have to go back and ensure that Time4Care clocked me in at the correct time. I have been using Time4Care for about three weeks. I have needed to go in and adjust the time manually several times a week. Time4Care also requires location services to be enabled. This leaves my device vulnerable to advertisers and other companies tracking me as well when I am using the application. Time4Care should not be a requirement to do my job. I feel bad for those employed that don't have a smart phone and anything before windows 7.

Needs Regular Updates

Time4Care is well overdue for an update.

Sometimes the location is way off on Time4Care. I’ve found that it helps to sign in early, before clocking in, but you shouldn’t have to do that to get an accurate location.

The signature box is very small on the “Get Approval Now” page. In my case, I work for someone who uses their non dominant hand to sign off on hours and they have some trouble with it.

Lately, the “Get Approval Now” page isn’t allowing us to submit the hours with a signature anyway. It takes you to an error page. It was going through after several attempts, but now it doesn’t at all.

Overall, it’s running slow.

Horrible service

This is a horrible program. Typical of Ppl. I also work for another company that uses a different app. Not a bit of trouble. Everything goes as it should. I don’t understand why this one won’t work. Customer service really can’t help you. Forget call backs. Have to wait for a couple days to get call back. Have been with Ppl for several years with two clients. We switched one to Excell because client was approved for 14 hours a day and we had to fight every pay to get our over time. Switched to Excell and not one problem. This is a real problem.

This app is horrible!!!

Time4Care is a disaster, I don’t get approved for hours I should get approved.... also app is always down. Will delete times be itself. This has been a huge thumbs down for me. Haven’t got paid on time, denying hours when I stay under 40 a week. Time4Care needs to be shut down. They are losing a bunch of attendants. I’m almost over Time4Care it glitches so bad as well. Be prepared to lose hours and pay! Prepared to not be able to clock in and out. I wish I could give negative stars.

This company should be ashamed of themselves they know they have a failing system and don’t care because they don’t have to deal with it these are people jobs you are playing with I haven’t nor will ever like public partnerships if you have the choice to switch over to another company I would because this one is pathetic you can barley ever open it ever since they switched to a mobile apps it’s been nothing but problems I hope they get shut down

Help. I need this to get paid

I had to get this for ppl I watched the video as to how it works and location and it is not working as it says. I was told I would not get paid if everything doesn’t go thru Time4Care like location and my participant doesn’t approve my time. It is not picking up my location and I have on a few devices and there is no place for them to approve. Does anyone have any advice. Please and thank you. So far not a very good app especially if peoples livelihood are depending on it.

This app is having a issue with it's location services. I have three different ones on my tablet.All three on at all times. The time 4 Care app won't let me start my time and keeps sending me a message that I cant clock in without location service turned on. What is the deal???????

Started using app before it was even required. Use to be great app. But now for last 4 or 5 months it has been awful. Login and it freeze up, takes at least 5 to 7mins to get clock in or out. My phone show 97 crashes in week of on app. I have screen shots of crashes.

Terrible app! Just terrible. I have been using the app since December 16th. First two weeks was hard to get used to but starting last week the app started telling me that there was a problem try back later. Or it would just delete my hours all together. So for the last week and half I have had to manually enter my hours. I'm afraid that because of that I could lose my job. This app is awful and is more harm then good. It makes it hard to do your job when your worried that your not going to get paid because of app that doesn't work properly. Ppl doesnt get back to you very fast and then doesnt give you an answer that will even help you.!

This is completely insane. This has not been working for me. It is not accepting my log ins. I went back through timesheet s. And it said I only worked two three hour shifts for a two week period. I have four clients!!!!!???? This is not OK!!!!

I could not clock out because app was not working so I lost a whole day of pay.. I cannot edit on Ip one portal because it keeps deleting my manual entry. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have now used time4care for 3 weeks, between the app kicking my entries off entirely, deleting my daily tasks for my client, I'm very dissatisfied. I have not recieved payment for pay period 12/16 through 12/31, even though I submitted my entries on time. This is very unprofessional, having to set alarms to clock out is also very troublesome everyday. I have had to re-enter numerous times. It's a big headache to say the least, something needs to be done soon! I will be contacting my case manager to inform her of the hoops and bounds I must go through just to "try" getting paid...Please fix this app ASAP!!
