Can’t download the app it stays loading but not download at all I already changed wifi, 2 times. Is not working

Trying to transfer tickets. 1st said the number I entered was not a user...incorrect. 2nd when i goi to send to friend it goes gray and does not prompt me to enter a phone number. All in all the app is not performing well today.

Fix DICE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DICE app issues:

Force Stop the DICE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DICE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DICE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DICE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DICE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DICE.

Fix DICE unable to contact server/ DICE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DICE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DICE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DICE on android.
