Traveloka: Book Hotel & Flight Reviews

It's convenient to book flights through Traveloka.

I just concern about data consuming. It seems the latest version has been added some codes that consumes a lot of data while using. I don't know why but the fact is I open it for a minute, search for a number of flights and it already consumes more than 200MB. I suspect if it automatically uploads some data from users' phone without notice.

Loved this app way back when. I used it all the time for my travel needs. But now their support is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot. Really sad. Worse, when there’s actually a person responding, the respond was just to contact the hotel myself. What’s the point of this app then? Might as well book with the hotel directly.

First of all, I tried to purchase multiple flights in Indonesia and they will not accept non-Indonesian credit card without verification. Which is understandable but they can’t even assist a customer into processing this matter. Inconsistent emails thread that just turned into huge labyrinth without any solid resolution. They sent 3 different people emails requesting your credit card info and bla bla bla. Shady af! Use other sites. Or even better, go on orbitz or other sites.

Not the first time using Traveloka to book air tickets, successed a couple of times but it failed me big time as I trusted to use this for my trip to Australia. Lost $1000 for them without even reached to airport. Not even refund the airport tax although air asia support me to do it but this app did not. Traveloka is just for keep in view, not actually helpful. Don’t book air ticket here if you dont wanna lose your blood-and-tear-loving money 😓

Pls bring back the old version where you can see the prices of flights on different days at the top.. it makes it easier to decide when to book. I dont understand why you would remove such a useful feature BRING IT BACK!!!!!

Please make an iPad version!!! I have to use browser everytime when searching for flight and hotel, it has bigger screen to see everything. And it is so much easier to put in the data with iPad size instead from iPhone size!

Working so far so good
If do normal bookings for flights
But once change flights doesn’t show up my new flights change
If i change flights
Some airlines doesn’t support rescheduling or changes the flights though Traveloka
Even i can change it through main web of airlines
And Vietnam airlines I cannot add my frequent flyer number through app
Hope i can same as Garuda
Or any frequent flyer programs.
Otherwise its work good

Was billed for the hotel but never did receive email booking confirmation. Also does not appear under “bookings” in Traveloka . Fortunately, it was a hotel I had stayed at before so I had their phone number and was able to call them to confirm. I will never use Traveloka again!

It’s much better if Traveloka supports Apple wallets. Users can add pass easily and use with wallet.

Useless apps for hotels. Better use Agoda or book directly to hotel. Their coordinations with their agents is super lousy. My special request for the room was never forwarded to the hotel & hotel receptionist showed me their system as a proof. Customer Service is 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Take more than 1 week to add 1 more letter to my name, while the airlines representative confirm that they only need 1 minute to change it. Dont ever book tickets through Traveloka, just for referring

I spent hours trying to book a vacation only to get stuck due to credit card verification that they can’t resolve. Asked me to keep attempting but the same issue keeps recurring. Wasted my valuable vacation time. Do not use it!!!!!

Customer service was no help either. Opening a case with them leads to no useful answer. Terrible

Failed to register using US number and other country number. NEVER got any txt message to confirm registration process. Wasted of my valuable time. Uninstalled.

Use Pegi-Pegi instead. User friendly and very intuitive.
