AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! BEWARE

First of all, I tried to purchase multiple flights in Indonesia and they will not accept non-Indonesian credit card without verification. Which is understandable but they can’t even assist a customer into processing this matter. Inconsistent emails thread that just turned into huge labyrinth without any solid resolution. They sent 3 different people emails requesting your credit card info and bla bla bla. Shady af! Use other sites. Or even better, go on orbitz or other sites.
The app is good, not the service

Not the first time using this app to book air tickets, successed a couple of times but it failed me big time as I trusted to use this for my trip to Australia. Lost $1000 for them without even reached to airport. Not even refund the airport tax although air asia support me to do it but Traveloka did not. This app is just for keep in view, not actually helpful. Don’t book air ticket here if you dont wanna lose your blood-and-tear-loving money 😓

Was billed for the hotel but never did receive email booking confirmation. Also does not appear under “bookings” in the app. Fortunately, it was a hotel I had stayed at before so I had their phone number and was able to call them to confirm. I will never use this app again!
