Clunky

Can’t listen to music while using app. Always signs us out. Notifications only go to one rep at a time sometimes so one guy will never see the notification while the other is busy and can’t get to it. It’s very inconsistent and not easy to manipulate the triggers on the site. It either never comes up or annoys the customer till they leave cause they’re getting so many invites to chat.

It’s useful

However, I definitely recommend getting the professional this app bc then you have an idea of who you’re talking to and if you happen to miss them you always can respond via email or text or even call them back depending on what info they give you. It’s not really necessary bc most of my clients just call me less than 10% bother reaching out to me through this app anymore. I have a lot clients schedule on this app who are out of the country though and I have the Kik app as well for free international calls

Great tool, still a bit buggy but happy to have.

Love the way that we can quickly respond to patients/clients.
A bit confused after using for a month why certain messages come through when they do sometimes when they’re already offline. Chats are get into better at importing to our database. I get regular emails sent saying that my performance is poor. Kinda bums me out when I do a good job.

Impressive

I have used almost all of the chat apps offered through WIX over the past 4 years. This, by far, has shown to be the best. I like having the automated replies, notification alerts and nice customization capabilities. I had signed up in Jan 2023, but delayed setting it up because the complexities of JivoChat intimidated me so I dropped it until last month when I just pushed myself through its tough learning curve as I am not well versed in IT. JivoChat is geared towards multiple users and teams. As a single user, I had to weed through its complexities to make a simple format for my biz. They do have a chat system, but oddly enough, their agents seem to be limited. I had a couple of ?’s and they were answered 50% of the time. Maybe due to time zone differences? Anyway, this is the best chat so far and am anxious to grow with it.

Happy with app

JivoChat has allowed us to have wonderful conversations in real time with parents. Getting questions answered sooner rather than later really help to make decisions in a timely manner.

Great but missing some features

My company relies on JivoChat and it's great for the most part, but I prefer the Desktop version to JivoChat . On the iOS app it's missing some key features that are extremely useful and offered on the desktop like being able to create and view scheduled tasks.

It also doesn't have the same predictive prompts that you're offered on the desktop, but all in all JivoChat is great and gets the job done at the end of the day.

Visitors notification on mobile app

JivoChat works great but just I don’t got notified in the mobile app when a client visits my website 😔

Good

The most amazing of this is it sends directly to the client email. Which means chat can last as long as you wish to continue.

Helpful And easy to manage

We are using this for our Midwestern HVAC company. It’s inexpensive and easy to use. I’ve had good luck assigning it to the person running the front desk and it may be helping us catch a few leads.

great app/site for B2B contact. wish there were more free advantages like more users but that’s okay. when will we be able to share files without a subscription??

I can't count the hours I've tested live chat applications. First off, jivo is solid in functionality. But where it shines for us and our clients, is omni channel, with fb messenger and call back! Thanks folks. Keep improving it and I'll Always be a fan!

Started getting new leads on site immediately

Our CPA has gone down significantly now that we can a chat on the site that’s super easy for the whole sales team to use.

The perfect Wordpress chat plugin!

this app is the perfect chat plugin for Wordpress websites. It looks professional and supports several contact methods. The best part is it supports Apple Business Chat, so if someone is looking at your website from an Apple product, they will be able to iMessage you!

So far it’s Great

Signed up and installed on our Wordpress website with ease, just had my first chat, all very smooth.

I would suggest an option for where the chat button appears on a phone, I worked around it by using an option to move my click to call app

So far so good.

Had my free version for few months and really liked its simplicity and ability to use app to communicate with my visitors. Using pro version and have customizable chat on both of my websites connected to JivoChat. Can’t speak about multiple agents. But it’s good for single agent if you run a small, one man business like me.

Better than the competition

Packed with more features at the base level than say LiveChat makes this add on a better value. Plus it drives more engagements. Even in away mode I find customers are contacting customer support through JivoChat vs the usual customer support email form on our website.

Great app

I think it is one of the best apps that truly works and has effective results. I get to chat with my customers easily now and understand better what they want.
