I installed Jivo 2 weeks ago and I’m now ending my trial period.
The apps works well, does what it says it’ll do and seems to have a great potential.
We didn’t use all functionalities so far and might need some help to take advantages of all functionalities the app can offer.
Customer service is quite reactive, often sending help pages links instead of showing you the way step by step in the chat, but those pages are quite well done and easy to follow.
Some more advanced functionalities remain difficult to apprehend and would need further explanations than what’s available from the app.
I wish we could integrate an Etsy channel and it would be perfect.
