If your phone is low on space, then IOS will clear Alertus cache for this app +. This disassociates your phone from the institution/campus and you will not receive any notification in the event of a real emergency. This disassociation comes without warning. Of course, you can always re associate, but once you find out you were disassociated, it might be too late. This is dangerous!
