Mercari Status

The feature Messages stopped working two weeks ago. I get offers from buyers but I cannot answer them, and so far i have missed two sales. If thew problem continues I will close my store./

Keeps freezing when typing a message or trying to create a listing. Can not drop down to next line when writing description

For 2 weeks my Mercari app is not working. It appears to be frozen.

The app has not been working properly for the last 3 days. I can get into the app but no buttons work this is really getting annoying now

I can’t click on anything. It’s like the whole thing is frozen. Won’t let me go to messages, see my items for sale, buy anything; nothing. When you try to click on anything at all it does nothing.

App opens, allows me to type in search bar, but all icons including results from search bar will not open or allow me to click on them. Can’t access my account/messages/ current purchase status etc. Though I’m receiving email after email from Mercari of notifications of offers, recommended items etc. I have not received anything in relation to a warning of any kind. System down or have I been removed?

Yesterday & now again today my app is just freezing up. I’ll touch something on the screen & nothing! Yesterday this caused me to not be able to print labels & get shipped out. Any suggestions? All other apps on phone are working

I just can not list anything. I am selling n have not problem. I have an amazing status. As soon as I downloading photos and hit next n just logs off. No connection. I still have tons of stuff to sell. Please help me.

When I put mercari.com the only thing I get is A BLANK PAGE nothing else. I tried restoring pc to original settings and nothing, the same problem. I have internet explorer. Please if you can get back to me asap that would be wonderful. Thank you.

Try to list an item but all i get are blank catagories and when i touch the screen some catagories pop up but quickly disapper. Started a month ago after selling for 3years. Ive tried everything to my phone and nothing fixed it.

The app keeps locking up on me and I have to reboot my phone. Sometimes that fixes it, otherwise it unlocks itself at some point hours later. What’s the fix?

App works fine on my iPad and desktop. On my phone the display is not working right. I am unable to promote or send messages to buyers. I can’t see my items that are for sale because the photos are blocked by the price reductions. Anyone know how to fix this?

I wasn't able to delete my Mercari app so I could reload it. I still can't get logged in. When I do try to login it has an error message saying "something went wrong" Linda Long

I have an Apple iPhone 12 and the software is up to date, however, the screen keeps going blank when I try to add, revise or comment on an item. It has been doing this for well over 6 months. I have had to uninstall and then reinstall the app MANY times to get it to work. I thought maybe using the Mercari website on a desktop would be easier, but it is not as it does not have all of the same features as the app. It is so frustrating.

Everything is backwards as if I'm the buyer instead of seller. A potential seller sends me and offer and it ask me the seller to buy it now. Costing me money

It won’t let me rate the person I got the package from when the money was took out of my back account. It say Error this action is invalid
