Everything shows “ON” how do I turn them all off? I want to opt out of all ads

I just installed your app but it won't start. The rotating icon in the center runs, but nothing else ever loads. Thanks!

To resolve AppChoices network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AppChoices App
1. On android, goto Settings » AppChoices » click [Force Stop]

Clear AppChoices App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AppChoices » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AppChoices.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AppChoices » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AppChoices » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AppChoices
