Summary of 18Birdies Problems 🔥

- Elevation changes don’t always work great in hilly areas

- Old shot tracker was better

- New shot tracker is too complex and harder to use

- Takes more time to get exact post up of the shot

- Could lead to misleading shot yardages

- Must click through 10 screens to start a round

- 'Solid shot' feature is annoying and pretty worthless

- GPS and tracking seems to be less accurate than previously

I have never had a problem before, but today I went to use it and as soon as I press PLAY, it exits the program. I have a Galaxy S24 and there have been no updates to my phone or the 18 Birdies software Version 15.9.1. I tried clearing the cache, the data and when that didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, with no change in the results. Worst of all, I had to use Swing by Swing on the course today. Please let me know what I can do to try and fix this.

App crashes when using the GPS map feature

Phone says my galaxy watch 4 classic is connected, but it freezes on the "select course" option and just gets stuck on an endless loading screen. So far I have tried every method currently suggested and nothing has fixed it.

Freezes at "select tee" and can't get past that. Deleted and re-download....same. reboot phone multiple times to eventually get app to work

In the middle if a round all of the scores are gone and the dyartup screen reappears. Very frustrating.
