How to fix PingID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PingID app on iPhone
Update PingID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PingID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PingID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PingID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PingID Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PingID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PingID App
1. On android, goto Settings » PingID » click [Force Stop]

Update PingID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PingID App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PingID » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PingID.

Fix PingID unable to contact server/ PingID internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PingID » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PingID » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PingID
