I use company login on my laptop, after I try to sign in, pingID shows up, but after that it turns into a black screen without sending prompt to pingID app
Pingid screen goes blank when I open the app on my iphone 7. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it worked once then started doing it again.
Error occurred during authentication with PingID. Try again. Please help! A tiny task is taking much much too long.
